Relax with family and friends at this peaceful 800 sq ft bungalow on Greers Ferry lake. The bungalow includes one queen size bed, a queen sized pull out couch, and a pool table. Enjoy playing pool, board games, or one of our many DVD’s. Walk down the trail to our private lake access with your paddle boards, kayak's, and floats. Shared access to a large fire pit with the main house. Pet friendly. Close proximity to a boat launch at Narrows Park across from Lacey's Marina or Sugar Loaf Marina.

Lakeview Escape

Lakeview Escape has been completely renovated. Loaded with all of your wants and needs for a growing family or a friends retreat. Our peaceful place offers 4 king size bedrooms, a bunk room, a loft with sofa bed, and 2 gorgeous living areas. Washers and dryers are located on both levels next to the bedrooms. When you’re not taking in the beautiful view of Greers Ferry lake or making s'mores by the fire pit, enjoy watching a movie on one of the smart tvs located in every bedroom and living area.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Grab a cup of coffee. Sit down. Open a book. Unwind. This is a place to forget the busyness of the world. When sitting on the spacious, partially-covered deck you can see the beauty of Greers Ferry Lake as well as the Narrow's Bridge. If you're quiet, you might see deer, road-runners, squirrels, and many other animals. If you're in town for the Lake, this scenic cabin is only a 5-min drive to Lacey's Marina and 12-min drive to Sugarloaf.

Flo’s Lakefront Getaway...right on the water

This cozy 4 bedroom 2 bath home is located on the water at Greer's Ferry Lake in Higden. The pathway to the water has a beautiful view and a great place to jump in the lake or drop a fishing line. Water equipment provided for guests include 2 kayaks with paddles, fun noodles and more.This lake house has 2 king rooms with new Serta hybrid mattresses. One of the king rooms also has 2 chairs that unzip and fold out into twin beds. The lakeview Queen room has a new Serta pillowtop hybrid mattress.

Situated on 2.5 acres, Annikken's cabin is perfect for Large families or couples vacationing. Bring your boat or rent one at the nearby Marina. Launching facilities and swimming are also available just a 1/4 mile away at the Narrows State Park. Heber Springs is just 30 minutes East. Enjoy the spacious yard perfect for outdoor activities or just relax on the large deck while enjoying the peaceful secluded surroundings. There is TV, DVD player with movies but NO CABLE. Handicap accessible ramp.

Enjoy the creek view from bottom or upper deck. Family’s can also enjoy the gazebo and fire pit with the view of the creek in the background along with Bettis Mountain. We are also 1.5 miles from Greers Ferry Lake. Hiking, hunting, Atv riding, all close. Little Red river short drive, best trout fishing. You can hunt on the property.

There is a 24x30 covered carport with overhead lighting and electrical outlet to park boats, lake toys, ATV’s/UTV’s or vehicles if you wish. The Driveway for this property is over 20 feet wide at the road for easy backing in and out with boats, jet ski's, side by side trailers.

You will have 925 square feet of living space and over 400 miles of lake shoreline to enjoy your stay here! There are restaurants, pools, a gym, fruit stands, boat ramps, nature trails, mountain biking trails, marinas, golf courses, and much more. Once you book you will receive specific instructions and a code for entry so there are no keys to keep track of or worry about! Internet can be spotty! If you are concerned with access bring a mifi or make sure you have a hot spot on your phone!!!
