The Vineyard Loft

The Vineyard Loft offers all the comforts of home. The studio style apartment has a kitchenet, open living area, and separate entrance. Take a walk in the country, pick some blackberries, enjoy wine tasting at a local vineyard, or shopping and restaurants in Celina located just minutes away (see Guide Book). Blue Ridge Texas Ranch Escape

Our tiny space features remote entry and your own porch for sitting and enjoying the sunset. Approximately 550 sq. feet with many amenities. The queen size bed is a murphy bed and can be folded up to give you more space. There is also a fold out bed, all linens provided. This type bed is best for a child, teen, or small adult. We have alpaca, emu, goats, chickens, ducks, turkeys, dogs, & cats. The space has a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, crockpot, blender, sink, dishes.

Texas Prairie Cottage

Welcome to Texas Prairie Cottage. Relax in the country with games, bbq, snd s'mores! Lots of room to spread out on our 1.3 acre property. Play games, soccer outback, watch movies, or enjoy the sunrise and sunsets from the large front porch or backyard fire pit. If you are feeling adventurous, visit with the sheep, goats, and donkey. Room for 6-8 guests in our 3 bed, 2 bath cottage. You won't forget your stay on the prairie.

Sparrow Nest (2 bedroom cottage)

Sparrow Nest is a fully appointed 2 bedroom house off Hwy 121 on hwy 78. your views include forest in the back, sunny fields in the front. The home contains a fully stocked kitchen, a laundry room with washer/dryer, 2 large bedrooms (queen and full beds) and a cozy living room. Flower gardens around the home bloom most of the spring through fall. A tower outside the house ensures good WIFI for work or to enjoy movies!

Cozy Cottage in historic McKinney TX

Come experience historic downtown McKinney TX. Our place is located walking distance from downtown where there is plenty of good eats and shopping with that small town feel. You will love the cozy and rustic feel of our studio featuring mini-frig, toaster oven, hot plate, microwave and coffee maker. The Durning House Cottage

Tall trees and a quiet front porch with a country feel. This cottage is the perfect place to stay! Just a 3 minute walk to downtown Van Alstyne where you can shop at the cutest boutiques. Or you can stop in and eat at the great restaurants or food trucks in the Social District in downtown Van Alstyne. There’s a local taproom within walking distance too!

Welcome to the peace and quiet of country life! Slow down a bit and enjoy this spacious and comfortable retreat from the city located on 38 acres of beautiful pasture and wooded trails, behind the main house. Features include a full kitchen with Keurig Coffee maker and basic cooking supplies, spacious living area and conversation space.
