We loved all things SEA…my family built this special Artist Loft Tiny Cottage Retreat. Over the years, family & guests have created beautiful memories here. The Cottage has a large fenced yard, & deck. The inside is an open layout, light and airy. It is very clean and designed with care. The living rm area has a sleeping sofa with a staircase to the loft that has a platform bed and a tiny twin cot. The kitchen is fully equipped & there is a full bath & W/D. 1 mile to Main St/1.5 mi. to Beaches.

WALK to coffee shops, Sunset Theater, Sushi Kaydon, Main Street for cafés & boutiques, Westhampton Beach Performing Arts Center, Farmers Market, grocery, liquor store, CVS. Bike or drive to Rogers village beach (1.5 miles), passes provided or walk the bridges. Enjoy Kayaking rent at Stephens Marina, 25 minutes from Shinnecock Hills, wineries/Southampton.

Newly renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bath home on 1.5 private acres just minutes from the beach. Features an open kitchen, two new bathrooms, and modern finishes. Petite Central Cottage

We are centrally located giving you access to both the North and South Forks of the East End. The cottage has a 3 night minimum on Thursdays with longer stays available.
