Woodland Retreat, the perfect getaway from it all.

Private retreat on 45 acres, 5 miles from major highway. Salmon river 20 mins drive, snowmobile trails across the road. Private cozy cabin, queen size bed and futon. This is all one area with a private bathroom. Bathroom has full size shower, kitchen area a microwave, fridge, coffee maker and inside grill. Tea, coffee, water provided. BBQ on the front porch. Woodland trails, wildlife and privacy. No smoking or vaping in the cabin. Perfect for retreats or just being able to relax and breathe

The Waterfall Casita: A-frame with 30ft Waterfall

Nestled among Hemlock trees & steps from a 30 ft waterfall is our cozy A-frame cabin. Sitting on 33 private acres connected to state land, enjoy waterfall views while sipping coffee in front of the fireplace. The casita was intentionally designed to feel like a home away from home. In summer, cool off in the waterfalls & private streams, in autumn take in the stunning foliage & in winter ski/snowboard at Belleayre (25 mins away). Alder Lake & the Pepacton Reservoir fishing are a 10 min drive.

The Lazy Lodge - An Adirondack Foothills Getaway.

Our camp is located in the foothills of the ADK state park and situated along the banks of the West Canada Creek. Enjoy DIRECT access to the creek for fishing, tubing, ect. Minutes away to annual Snow Bash events. A short drive to Hinckley, Kayuta, and Piseco lakes. Close access to snowmobile trails that extend across NYS. A 45 minute drive to Utica.
