Stacey's place was wonderful, clean, easy to get to and close to shopping, the metro and DC. The apartment was super clean and comfy. Internet was good, was able to stream and work without any issues. The beds were very comfy and we all got a good night's rest. Stacey even welcomed us with a yummy chocolate pound cake! I would recommend Stacey's place to anyone needing a place in the area. A+ in my book.

We (three of us) really enjoyed our stay at Jennifer and Dan’s River Bend Retreat. The accommodations were excellent. The three of us were very comfortable throughout our stay. Two stayed in the queen bed room (which includes a very nice sitting room) and one in the bunk bed room. As soon as we arrived we walked (about 10 minutes) on the C&O canal trail to Taylor’s Landing on the Potomac which has a beautiful view of the river’s bend. The house’s location was very accessible to the Antietam Battlefield, Sharpsburg, Sheperdstown and Harper’s Ferry (which we visited all in one day). We found Jennifer to be very pleasant and very responsive to any questions we had through messages on the Airbnb app. The rates we paid for the experience were very reasonable! Not to mention the gratis snacks and drinks that Jennifer had thoughtfully laid out for us! We were very pleased with all aspects of our stay. I expect to stay there again in the future!

I really enjoyed staying here. It is a peaceful place that is located in a lovely area. I felt perfectly safe staying there on my own. I found it very easy to get to Georgetown or Dupont Circle using Lime bikes and scooters, which were always available nearby. The apartment stayed very cool on hot summer days, and I didn’t even need to use the AC most days. The hosts are very kind, considerate, helpful, and available. I would definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our brief two-night stay at the horse farm. So much better than a hotel. Peaceful, quiet, and how could you not like being greeted with a plate of oatmeal raisin cookies in the kitchen and chocolates at the bedside. We loved the horse-themed interior and all the thoughtful details throughout to make sure your stay is comfortable. It’s cozy but with room for all your needs. Don’t wait! Grab this one if you can! We plan to be back. 😊

Nalins place was exactly as described. It is huge, quiet, clean and super close to Dulles Airport. We enjoyed staying there very much and can recommend it without hesitation. Beds were super comfortable!

I had the terrific pleasure of spending 5 months at this beautiful Airbnb and could not have been happier with my choice. The apartment is exactly as described--fresh, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated with modern touches and charming details. The space is thoughtfully laid out, with a generous living area, terrific workspace, and a SUPER comfy bed that made it easy to settle in for my extended stay. Samer and Denise are gracious, responsive, and go the extra mile. The apt's location is unbeatable, especially for if you plan to visit American University It’s just a short walk to campus, with easy access to the Metro for exploring the rest of DC. The neighborhood is lovely, safe, walkable, and lush (mature trees and beautiful front gardens). Within a few blocks, you’ll find 3 grocery stores, a range of great restaurants, shops--everything you need. Whether you’re visiting DC for business, leisure, or a sabbatical stay, I cannot recommend this delightful highly place enough!

Great little spot! We had to get in late and take off early and this was an easily accessible point to do that from. The kitchenette is hospitably furnished and the bedroom is very welcoming and clean.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was as if we were staying at our creative friends’ really cool home. Had been planning to do some local hiking, but the weather didn’t cooperate. Instead, we had a peaceful morning enjoying the view of the creek and critters and took the dog out for a walk on the sculpture trail during a break in the rain. Sarah was an excellent host, proactively giving all the instructions we needed. The property has all the amenities you might need, with everything thoughtfully labeled and easy to find. The host has thought of every detail to ensure a comfortable and easy stay, and the art in the place complements the natural surroundings and makes your stay that much more interesting and fun. Highly recommend. Hope to stay there again.

I would definitely choose to stay here again if the opportunity arises. I really enjoyed it and it was extremely convenient. To help make your stay enjoyable as well, please read the description and communicate with the host to ask any questions. Know that there is no blackout blind in the bedroom. Also there is a mechanical or maybe water sound that has a low, constant drone near the bedroom. At the time of my stay, the young person of the house seemed to be up around 7:30ish and down at night around 7ish. Be prepared to get your feet wet if dew or rain as you have to walk through grass to get to the back of the house. Hope this helps.

Beautiful place to stay during our trip to visit Gettysburg. Well-stocked with snacks, coffee, and brochures and maps for local attractions which we needed for our daily trips in town! Also had treats available for the dog, which was a very sweet touch.

I work construction (project management) so I rarely get to stay somewhere after work that is relaxing and enjoyable. Aliya's rental completely eclipses any others I've rented. To be honest, she doesn't charge enough for what you get. The place was exceptionally clean, there was more than enough entertainment to pass time in the evening and most importantly- it was somewhere quiet to rest and breathe without hotel noise. By far the most productive week I've had at work in a very long time. Hopefully, I'll be able to return here as work in this area isn't going away anytime soon and I'll need a moment of stress free worry between the episodes of chaos at work!!!

We had a wonderful time at Serena's place! The apartment is located in a beautiful neighborhood, close to various restaurants, shops, and the metro. Serena is a super kind host, and we appreciated the small things she provided to welcome us to her home (chocolates on the nightstand, snacks in the kitchen, slippers, etc.). You can tell Serena's place is well-loved, but everything is cleaned thoroughly prior to each stay (including the shower curtains). The bed was a little too soft for me (a memory foam mattress that dipped a little bit in the middle), but my sister loved it. Overall, we had a wonderful time here and would 100% return!

My husband and I took a trip to West Virginia during my spring break. We found this Air B&B and it was one of the best we’ve stayed at. The location was great to check out Harper’s Ferry and surrounding areas (checkout Shepardstown if you get the chance). We loved hanging outside by the fire pit and appreciated the board games available inside. Every detail big and small has been thought out by the hosts and we were thoroughly impressed! From the cleanliness to the decor to the modern feel, we truly enjoyed our time! Great option to stay if visiting the Harper’s Ferry area!

This property is beautiful, the space itself is below the hosts living space, we arrived around 10p at night, the rules of the house are very clear, quiet time at 11p...my kids and I are all adults and we were exhausted so this wasn't an issue. Having said that, because you are below the hosts, you hear everything that goes on upstairs. Foot steps, pet paw nails, thumps...and they happen after eleven...just sayin. If you are a light sleeper, this isn't going to be the best place to stay. We needed 3 beds, the bedroom, is VERY comfortable and big, bathroom was big too. The sleeper sofa is not the best, the pillow end leans lower than the feet and the mattress rolls you to the middle. The third sleeping option is a mini futon. My 5'9 18 yr old made due but it was rough. Overall, it's a great place which is why I gave 5*'s, just know it's limitations.

Maria was absolutely fantastic as a host. She was responsive and kind and the place was great and in a very safe area. We loved how accessible it was to downtown.

I live in DC and my family came into town to visit me. Linda’s place was perfect since it was block away from my place. I highly recommend her place if you are visiting or wanting to have family over but don’t have to space. It’s a great starting point if you are wanting to stay in a peaceful neighborhood, but close enough to get to the monuments and enjoy DC.

My fiance, myself and our 17 month old had a wonderful stay at Sol’s place. They had everything we needed for the baby and then some plus tons of toys to keep him happy and entertained. All instructions and information were very clear. We would stay here again when in the area.

We stayed at Leonardo’s place while touring colleges in DC. It’s a beautiful, very clean apartment in excellent neighborhood, walkable to Georgetown. Being able to park on a driveway was a huge plus, given the parking rules in DC. Leonardo’s apartment has everything you may need and then some. I would absolutely stay there again!

Susan’s place was the perfect spot for our weekend. The pictures do not do it justice! The decor was tasteful and thoughtful throughout. The morning of checkout we were greeted with scones fresh from the oven. Will definitely revisit when we are in the area.

Great experience for my business trip! Safe and quiet neighborhood, good WiFi and close to anywhere if you have a car. I stayed for 4 nights and would recommend it to everyone who plans an extended stay in the area.
