John was a lovely host, always friendly and up for a chat when we caught him. The house is in a great location & super easy to find! Albie, their cat, is the sweetest boy ever and often came over for snuggles! Would recommend staying here if possible :)

The place is designed beautifully, gorgeous interiors and attention to detail. It has a spacious and modern bathroom, big kitchen area and even a pantry! Really comfortable bed! Has a sofa that is a pull out couch. Less than 5 minute walk to the beach. Gorgeous!

James was a very accomodating host and very responsive to our request. We loved our stay, we were officiating at an event at the Mercury baypark, so being near the stadium was very helpful. Very cosy rooms and great range of books and dvds available. The room was spotless and our bed was so comfortable! Not to mention nice and quiet neighbourhood. Thank you James and family.

This garden studio was much bigger than the average studio. There was a dining table with bench seats, as well as a small couch next to the kitchenette. It was clean and tidy with everything we needed for 4 nights. Sandy is a lovely person and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had a lovely one-night stay! The place was clean, comfortable - exactly as described. Check-in was easy, and April was responsive and helpful. Perfect for a stay. I’d definitely book again if I’m in the area! Thanks to April!

Thanks for being pet friendly, we loved our weekend away with our 2 year of Labrador. 2 minute walk to beautiful beach for her to run & swim. Wir haben als eine 4-köpfige Familie 3 Nächte bei Debbie in der Unterkunft verbracht. Die Unterkunft ist makellos sauber und die Lage zum Strand ist großartig. Und das Allerwichtigste: Debbie, die gute Seele nebenan. Wenn ich 6 Sterne zu vergeben hätte, würde ich sie hier geben. Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen.

Wow! I was away for work and have been on the road for about 6 weeks. I felt like I was on holiday while working. Julia and Tony’s place exceeded expectations. Stunning, peaceful. The cedar hot tub had an amazing set up from lighting at night to hearing the waterfall. Very comfortable bed and lounge suite. The bathrooms are beautiful. I just don’t not have enough words to describe how amazing Tony and Julia are and how great my stay was. Thank you!!

Lovely hosts, spacious private room and just a walk away from a heap of restaurants. Super friendly pets and felt at home :)

Es war alles super, von der Begrüßung angefangen. Ich konnte kochen, Wäsche waschen etc. Auf der Terrasse kann man toll sitzen, zum Strand ist es nur 2Min zu Fuß. Vielen Dank nochmal für alles, das Obst, Müsli usw. und der Hund ist superlieb zum knuddeln. Nachts kann man vom Bett aus toll die Sterne sehen!

A nice private place in a convenient location only a short drive from Tauranga and Mt Maunganui. Karen's place was clean and had all the amenities we required. Definitely recommend.

Comfortable spot with everything you need available at the house. Close to the beach, cafes, pubs and shopping centres, so can avoid getting in the car all the time. Thanks Val ☺️

Tui Haven is a warm, cosy Air BnB in the traditional Kiwi sense. From the lovely quirky mosaics outside to the eclectic mix of décor and furnishings it is not designer chic but homely, comfortable and welcoming as is the host Lyn. Although we only stayed one night, we enjoyed a restful nights sleep and a wake up shower in the spotlessly clean bathroom. We could have also prepared a full dinner in the very well equipped kitchen however we didn't get the chance as we met friends for dinner outside. While the location at the end of the Omokoroa peninsular may not suit everyone, there are some lovely walks nearby and the adjacent park with 100 year old oak and walnut trees is a perfect place for a stroll. I thoroughly recommend Tui Haven if you are looking for accommodation in the area

As always, Ken and Myra were great hosts and the place was a great place to stay. Great location close to the beach and the shops, bars, and restaurants.

A cute wee stay that was cosy, well presented with a very comfortable snug bed (too comfortable that we slept in). I will always check out this stay first when I need to be in town. Thanks Jo for having us and for all the extra wee things that made our trip easy, mush appreciated!

Everything was great. Keith was very friendly, and I had a wonderful night’s sleep. The place had everything I needed, even coffee and tea supplies. Everything was perfect — I would definitely come back!

Lovely stay. Location is excellent for a beach getaway and Rosemary and Peter were great hosts. The studio was tidy and spacious and the bed was really comfortable. It was great my furry friend was also able to come stay too.
