Relax in our sunny, fully renovated 108 year old barn loft apartment - where rustic charm meets modern comfort. This unique space combines heritage character with contemporary living. The master bedroom features an orthopaedic bed for a restful nights sleep, while the spacious lounge offers a comfy sofa bed and a heat-pump to keep you cozy year-round. You’ll have your own private bathroom and a well-equipped kitchenette for light meals and snacks. We have a dog, 2 cats and hens. 7 min to CBD

Walk though to the walk in tile shower, handbasin and toilet- there is also a Laundry in your room.

Lovely quiet and spacious one room studio. Perfect for couples, business travellers or small groups. Stand alone with its own entrance, is fully fenced and private. Kitchen equipped for you to prepare simple meals with a hot plate and benchtop convection oven, coffee machine, tea and milk. Quiet neighbourhood with little traffic noise at night. Very close to the beach with easy walk to beach across a reserve. You are welcome to bring your family dog if they are good with cats.

This bright, airy and peaceful cabin is a converted section of a dutch barn set in a lovely little garden surrounded by willow trees. There are great walks from the doorstep; around the estuary, which is just over the road, and beyond via the Omokoroa Cycleway. Further up the driveway you'll find the paddock with our two alpacas and a bubbling brook running through it. The cabin includes a kitchen with small oven, single induction hob and microwave. Fast wifi is included.
