Little Hawthorn Studio

This is a romantic little hideaway. With its own entrance and and lovely outdoor seating. The mattress is top quality. There is small living room/ kitchen, that is just big enough to prepare food and has everything you need - fridge, hot plate, air fryer, microwave, toaster and kettle. The pub across the road serves lovely food and beer and has atmosphere. Lovely views and great walking. Wood burning stove in the bedroom. We love people and will be happy to help but will respect your privacy.

Studio flat at The Old Printworks Creative Studios

Lovingly converted industrial building with rich history, in the Yorkshire village of Clayton West, on the edge of the Peak District National Park. The surrounding countryside is very peaceful and quiet. The flat is self-contained, with an entry hall with kitchen, a shower room with toilet and a bed-sitting room. The whole place is wonderfully light and airy with large windows and high ceilings. Free off-road parking, fast WiFi, complimentary coffee & tea. Bedding and towels are provided.

Away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre but within a 5-minute walk to restaurants, pubs and local amenities such as supermarket, swimming pool and leisure facilities. A short walk to scenic rural woodland and the picturesque riverside. Close to popular wedding venues such as Hazlewood Castle and The Priory wedding barn. Excellent links to Leeds and York. Equipped kitchenette , private ensuite with power shower, small sofa and smart TV . It is situated in an ideal location being a just a few minutes flat walk from all the amenities of the Town Centre, Bus and Train Station and close to the famous Ilkley Moors , Riverside Gardens and 1950's Lido .

Within the Colne Valley, overlooking the Huddersfield Narrow Canal, it is a perfect location for a relaxing break, with local pubs, shops and cafes a gentle stroll along the towpath. A perfect base for longer walks, cycling and even a wild swimming reservoir within view of the front door.
