Welcome to our charming studio! Newly refurbished space features 1 bed and 1 bathroom, perfect for a cozy stay. Just a 5-minute walk, you'll find the historic Temple Newsam House, beautiful farm, and serene countryside. With convenient public transport right outside, you can easily explore Leeds city centre. After a day of adventure, unwind in this peaceful retreat, close to shops, restaurants, and pubs for your enjoyment. The studio is fully equipped with private bathroom, kitchen and workspace

Ilkley Apartment

The spacious self-contained apartment was completed early in 2017. It offers very comfortable accommodation for up to three people and has its own entrance and off street parking. Situated in a cul-de-sac off the main road it is situated 0.9 miles from the town centre, slightly longer if you take the scenic route along the river; there is also a good bus service and good local taxi services. Ben Rhydding and Ilkley railway stations offer regular train services into Leeds/Bradford and beyond.

Little Hawthorn Studio

This is a romantic little hideaway. With its own entrance and and lovely outdoor seating. The mattress is top quality. There is small living room/ kitchen, that is just big enough to prepare food and has everything you need - fridge, hot plate, air fryer, microwave, toaster and kettle. The pub across the road serves lovely food and beer and has atmosphere. Lovely views and great walking. Wood burning stove in the bedroom. We love people and will be happy to help but will respect your privacy.

Cosy Rose Terrace is the bottom floor of a house with separate entrance, lounge, bedroom, bathroom and Kitchette with microwave, air fryer , toaster and kettle, located in the charming characterful village. There are plenty of good pubs to eat within walking distance. The accommodation has separate access and a front garden with garden furniture. Ilkley Spa town is only 5 minute drive away, with amazing walks on the famous Ilkley moor. Dogs welcome, and there is parking outside the property.

Lovingly converted industrial building with rich history, in the Yorkshire village of Clayton West, on the edge of the Peak District National Park. The surrounding countryside is very peaceful and quiet. The flat is self-contained, with an entry hall with kitchen, a shower room with toilet and a bed-sitting room. A perfect base for longer walks, cycling and even a wild swimming reservoir within view of the front door.
