The house sleeps 8 people with 4 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. Direct access off the rear terrace to the beach Every convenience available to you with an extremely well equipped kitchen. The property is equipped with televisions in the sitting room & master bedroom. Netflix/Prime available-you’ll need your login details to your accounts. A bright, relaxed family home in West Wittering village, a short walk from the famous sandy beach and the village pub. Suits an extended family group or 2 small families sharing. The amazing living space includes a large modern kitchen/family room, separate TV room and a large playroom with table tennis, pool table and lots of toys. A large garden surrounds the house and includes a shady eating area, a lovely south-facing sun deck, an hot shower, a fire pit and a play area with zip wire/ slide.

Bosham (B) stylish en suite bedroom, self check in

This first floor room, in our self contained guest annexe, has independent access via a door on the drive. It is a large, bright and light double room with a decent sized ensuite shower room and a king size bed. There is a comfortable sofa and a bar/table for eating or working at. There is safe parking for your car on our private drive. There are no cooking facilities but there is a small fridge, kettle and toaster. Basic provisions will be provided so you can make tea, coffee and toast!
