We are located near L3Harris, TAMU Commerce, with convenient access to plenty of restaurants, outdoor activities, parks, trails, museums, and shopping. Nestled just 1 hour from Dallas, this Lake Tawakoni lakefront retreat sleeps 6 and is perfect for a peaceful escape. Watch the sunrise from the private east-facing dock, relax on the deck, lounge in the bright sunroom (with A/C), fish for catfish, or gather around the fire pit for s’mores and stargazing. Enjoy direct lake access, a BBQ grill, ping pong, air hockey, cornhole, a 65" TV, karaoke, board games, and kids’ play area. This lake house has everything you need for the perfect getaway!

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Very nice garage apt behind our home on .75 acre in upscale neighborhood. 8 min from Royse city Tx. 18min from Rockwall tx and 12 min from from Greenville tx. You will be staying in a safe gated private property. The apt is upstairs above a double garage were we the host live on property. We have a fenced area for a dog if you bring one with you. We have sound proof the apt upstairs from our downstairs apt we use ourselves.

Have fun with the family at this stylish fully remodeled cottage. Plenty of outdoor areas to hang out by a fire pit or dine outdoors. Sorry, No pets allowed. WIFI, Board games, Washer/Dryer, Kitchen with granite counter tops, microwave, pots & pans, plates, and silverware. At the back of the property, there is NO lake access, but there is a wonderful lake view and an inlet from the lake. NO pets allowed. If a pet is brought onto the property there will be a $200 fee.

Welcome to our cottage. Boasting beautiful sunsets, wide open spaces and even a small pond. Our location has easy access to a major highway. We have backyard chickens, so fresh eggs are always available to you. Inside we have a full kitchen with a gas range, cozy living room and TV, a large office space, and a relaxing bedroom. We want to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The owner is on standby if you have any questions.

Beautiful country home only 5 minutes from Lake Tawakoni. Bring the family and enjoy fishing on the pond while cooking out by the large wrap-around porch, or relax with your coffee and watch the sunrise in peace. With 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, The Fairway can accommodate up to 7 people (no more than 6 adults). Located within 5 minutes from I-30, Splash Kingdom, L3 Harris, movies, restaurants, and shopping, this quiet, kid-friendly home is the perfect spot for work or play. With a coffee bar, covered patio, treehouse, swing set, basketball goal, games/puzzles, and more, there’s something for everyone to enjoy!

Close to nearby wedding venue. 2 twin pull out beds available.

The Half Lady

Located on 18 acres of meadows and wooded trails, the Half Lady bunkhouse is clean, spacious and charming. Fish, stroll wooded trails, chill out in the hammock, star gaze by the fire pit or create a gourmet meal using the herbs growing on and near the porch. Price shown is for 1 or 2 guests. $10 per person after that.
