This duplex unit consists of a queen size bed and on-suite bathroom on the 1st floor, with a full kitchen downstairs. It has a beautiful private garden with a patio, breakfast-table, and braai facility. All covered with high-speed uncapped fibre wi-fi. The kitchen has all the basic appliances and cutlery for self-catering as well as a dining table. The bedroom is airconditioned with a TV-cast facility. DSTV can be casted on request. The adjacent lounge is furnished with a sleeper couch for a third person. The kitchenette has all the appliances required for self catering. The property has a solar system.
