Spacious self contained room with private entrance

Self contained room with ensuite. With views of the Humber bridge and the river. Private entrance with your own outside deck area with table and chairs. The room contains superking bed, dining table and chairs, tv, fridge, kettle, toaster and crockery. Bread, milk and cereals are provided in your room for breakfast. Parking is available. There are steps leading down to private entrance. Short walk to Hessle train station and town centre with restaurants and cafes. Country park and river walks.

Cottage Room, Sherwood Forest

This is a cozy ground-floor room with own bathroom en-suite , a private entrance to the garden, choice of breakfast cereal included in the room, There’s no cooker or oven, but there’s a microwave. Electric and gas central heating, and everything you need like plates, cutlery, and towels is provided. Fantastic Italian restaurant over the road, closed on Sun, Mon, but there are local food delivery services and Tesco nearby with a pharmacy within 2 miles. You can check yourself in with a door code

Welcome to our beautiful grade 2 listed Georgian home. This is the birth place of the artist Sir William Nicholson. We are happy to show visitors around our lovely historic house. Your room is a comfortable double with private facilities, you can use the lounge and garden. We have off street parking with room for your car or larger vehicles if you are staying for business. We are very popular with the visiting Antique Traders to the Newark Fairs and shops. There is plenty to explore locally.

The Stables, an airy modern double bedroom with en suite in a lovely converted railway station with its own entrance. Situated on the outskirts of the rural village of Drax. The house is secluded and sits within 2.5 acres surrounded by trees. You will have the benefit of a shared breakfast room with complimentary cereals, toast & pastries. There is also an outside space for you to relax in. We live on the property and between us we have 40yrs of hospitality experience. 1 of 2 rooms available

The Poplars Boutique B&B 7 mid

Small B&B in large Victorian house, in a quiet hidden area in the Centre of Lincoln. Each room has an ensuite shower room. We are 3-4 mins walk from Cathedral, Castle, Bailgate and main shopping area with lots of bars and restaurants. The Brayford waterfront, and Lincoln University is also less than 5 mins walk away from our location. There's plenty to see and do whilst staying with us. The Collection museum, Usher Art Gallery and Lincoln Archives are all with 5-10 minutes walking from us.

The Stables, Rural B+B, Nr A1/ShowGround

The Stables is a self contained en-suite bedroom above the tack room in our stable block in the grounds of our Grade 2 listed barn conversion. There is a TV, WiFi, small table and chairs so breakfast of cereal, croissants and coffee/ tea can be enjoyed in the room or weather permitting in our courtyard. Quaint and quirky in a quiet rural spot on the edge of an ancient monument, only 5 minutes from the A1 and Newark Showground, between Newark and Lincoln. Dogs by request extra £10/dog.

Holly Caravan

Holly is a one double bedroom caravan situated in a quiet location within our grounds. It has a kitchen, lounge and dining room area and a bathroom. The caravan is now fully central heated throughout with an additional gas fire in the lounge area. Our on-line booking facility is set for arrivals on Mondays (minimum stay 4 nights) & Fridays (minimum stay 3 nights). If your booking requirements are different from these parameters, please call us directly for availability.

Cosy Garden/Garage studio in Lincolnshire Wolds

A comfortable and relaxing bolt hole in the Lincolnshire wolds, ideally situated between Lincoln, Louth and Grimsby. Lovely walks on the doorstep along the Viking Way across the wolds. Market Rasen racecourse is 10 minutes away. It would suit couples, solo adventurers and business travellers. A selection of breakfast choices will be left in the studio for you to help yourselves to what you like when it suits you.

West House B & B ( Breakfast is not included in the quoted price) is positioned on the edge of the village of Binbrook with views across the Lincolnshire Wolds. It is self-contained with its own entrance and consists of one ground floor, en-suite bedroom, a private snug/ dining area and a patio area with garden. Metheringham home, private room in a cosy Bungalow

The bungalow has had a full refurbishment recently and have had a new kitchen fitted. I do hope you find it comfortable. Please be aware that I have a cat 🐈 so if you do not like her or are allergic please do not stay. She does have access to all areas of the house except the guest bedroom
