After a fun day of riding, hiking, biking or kayaking relax in the woods around a cozy fire.

Within a ten to fifteen minute drive you can travel to Utica College, Hamilton college, SUNY Poly, and the up and coming Nano Center. This area is unique for many small family restaurants with many options for local shopping. A short drive away are day trip options including the Baseball Hall of Fame, Syracuse, and the Adirondacks.

The creek ranges from 40 to 60 feet wide, has gentle rapids, relaxing sounds, rocky areas with a great soaking pool directly in front of the cabin and firepit. With nearby state parks and forests there is plenty of hiking, fishing, watersports, horseback riding, biking and skiing for any outdoor enthusiast.

Knotting Pine Cabin is very spacious and can sleep 9 people. If you are looking for a great get away with friends and family you will love this cabin. Guests can enjoy walking the paths in the forest adjacent to the cabin, a game of horse shoes, canoe available for guests to take to the local ponds and reservoir. Enjoy camp fires and making s'mores at night. We are located on the Tug Hill Plateau with access from the cabin to the NYS snowmobile trail system.
