Apt 5 Pier Terrace is a modern refurbished 2 bed apartment on the first floor which gives it fantastic panoramic views of the harbour, sea and East cliff and beach. In the lounge, there is a fantastic window seat in the bay window where you can watch the whole of west bay harbour & sea. The apartment is light with a fully equipped kitchen and a large walk in shower. Outside the front door the beach is just 70 metres away with a green area outside the apartments and the harbour to the other side.

It has an open plan lounge/dining/ kitchen area, parking is available for one vehicle. (Not allocated) You are 100 yards from the beach. West Bay has casual /gastro pubs dining. ‘Curlew' is on East beach in the lovely Devon village of Branscombe. It has a unique position right on the beach on a raised elevation, throw open the balcony doors and you are looking out onto the ever changing sea and stunning coastline which is a World Heritage site and area of outstanding natural beauty. The Cornish Studio is the perfect retreat for beach living with far stretching sea views from every window and located right on the beach in West Bay in the heart of the Jurassic Coast.
