Clean updated home in the North Tampa area. Close to tons of restaurants, Busch Gardens, Wiregrass Mall, Tampa Premium Outlets, Saddlebrook Tennis Resort, Florida Hospital, Florida Ice Rink, golf courses, 75 mins from Orlando, 30 mins to downtown Tampa. You get a private bedroom with a closet, tv with streaming capability and a private workspace. All the amenities of a hotel: mini fridge, bottled water, wifi, toiletries and clean towels.

Two cool, fully furnished guestrooms and 1 PRIVATE bathroom, privately located at very front of home. Each room includes a comfortable memory foam queen bed. Larger room 1 includes a futon couch, mini fridge and microwave. Near Hard Rock Casino, Busch Gardens, USF, interstates I-75/I-275 and I-4. About 15 minutes from Downtown Tampa and 35 minutes to gulf beaches. Shared living and dining areas are separated by Frenchdoor at main entrance. No outside pets or animals.
