The cottage has been sympathetically restored to provide a high degree of comfort together will all modern amenities, including private parking. It has a lovely log burning stove to add that additional ambience at the end of a perfect Norfolk day. **Super-fast broadband & Sky Q TV** Dog friendly, high quality accommodation. We are only a 5 minute walk to the Quayside and the main shops, pubs and restaurants!

Crabpot cottage is 60-seconds from Wells harbour in the heart of the town. It is a snug, self-contained 200-years old 'fisherman's cottage' built on the foundations of a much older building. It offers cosy living space, gardens and parking. Wood burner, central heating, modern kitchen, washing machine and WiFi make it ideal for short breaks. It works really well for couples or small families who love a character cottage. It is not suitable for groups larger than 4 or anyone expecting a hotel!

Avocet cottage is a beautiful 3 storey 2 bedroom period cottage with first floor south facing balcony and sea views right in the heart of Wells-next-the-Sea. There is a wonderful south facing patio with cast iron table and chairs to enjoy a coffee or glass of wine. The ground floor has a covered porch, sitting/dining room with a wood burning stove. The first floor has a master bedroom with French doors leading out onto a full width south facing balcony. The second floor hosts two single beds

1 Boatman's Row

No 1 Boatman's Row is an idyllic former fisherman's cottage in the historic harbour town of Wells-next-the-sea. It is tucked away on a quiet lane, a 5-minute stroll to the quay, pubs and shops. It has one bedroom with a king sized bed and sleeps two adults in comfort. The cottage has a fully-equipped kitchen, wood-burning stove, parking, an attic room with views of the marshes and a sunny, south-facing cottage garden. The stunning sandy beaches of Wells and Holkham are a 25-minute walk away.

Hobbit house located on the North Norfolk coast.

Get ready for your romantic stay at Bag End Hobbit house. Bag End is located within one mile of the coastal path and central for the beaches of Wells, Holkham and Blakeney point. Our Hobbit house has one full size bedroom and a smaller bedroom for a little hobbit. Up to 2 extra guests can stay in the cosy seperate bedroom hut at £25pp per night. There is a seperate bathroom and washing up area with hot and cold water. The hot tub can be used for an additional charge of £65 per whole stay.

Ideal base for exploring the North Norfolk Coast, just 10 minutes away from Blakeney, Wells or Stiffkey.
