Key-less entry allows for self check-in and welcomes you to this comfortable clean 962 sq. ft. space with two queen size beds, one bathroom, full kitchen, florida room, and a fenced-in backyard. A paddle boat is provided. Three kayaks and 2 bicycles are also available! Or you can bring your boat and go fishing! Enjoy swimming, lovely sunsets and strolls around the beautiful lake.

Our little cottage has a so much to offer! The sunsets are stunning! The memories you will take home with you, will last a lifetime. Small but lives large is the best way to describe our beauty! Full kitchen, the bedroom has a comfortable king size bed with a walk in closet that provides plenty of room for your personal belongings. The full size and twin size pull out beds allow you to bring guest along. Need to work? Do it with a view or forget it and take a kayak out on the lake for some R&R.

Enjoy stunning lake views while sipping your morning coffee on the back deck. Lots of paddling options exist here on spring-fed Sand Lake. Enjoy relaxing on the large, lakeside, fully screened-in porch while firing up the grill. Spend the day swimming, fishing, and kayaking on this serene lake. Make use of our private dock! At night, gather 'round the firepit while roasting marshmallows and stargazing.

There are 2 springs both 5 minutes from the house, Salt Springs & Silver Glen Springs. Beautiful Juniper Springs, Silver Springs and Alexander Springs are all a hop, skip, and jump away. This fully loaded A frame is stocked with a shed full of fishing gear. Mosey down to the boathouse and try your luck fishing right in the backyard at the canal.

Canoe from the cabin to Little Lake Kerr through a hidden channel, paddle the Silver River or snorkel the springs. Great fishing is around the bend, or off the dock.
