Tiny House im Almtal

Unser Tinyhouse ist ein besonderer Rückzugsort im Almtal. Komplett aus Holz gebaut und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, verbindet es Natürlichkeit, Ruhe und Funktionalität. Auf 28 Quadratmetern findet ihr alles, was ihr für entspannte Tage braucht – kompakt, warm und durchdacht. Die extrem ruhige Lage sorgt dafür, dass ihr hier wirklich abschalten könnt. Das Tinyhouse steht in unserem Garten, umgeben von alten Bäumen. Der eigene Parkplatz und der separate Zugang sorgen für Privatsphäre.

Ideale Aussteigerhütte Dich selbst und die Natur spüren. In der Nähe befinden sich die 3 Lunzer Seen, der Naturpark Ötscher-Tormäuer und wunderschöne Berg- und Wanderrouten ! Rad-Begeisterte finden am Ybbstaler Radweg besonders Gefallen. Mit Canyoning, Rafting und Flying Fox kommen auch Abenteuer-Suchende nicht zu kurz. In den umliegenden Restaurants, Gast- und Wirtshäusern werden sie bestens kulinarisch verwöhnt. Die Zufahrt zur Hütte ist über eine Schotterstraße mit dem Auto möglich.

Lovely two bedroom apartment in Grein

We are located 100m away from the center of Grein. 150m from the train station. 200m away from the Donau. It is very peaceful here. The apartment is located in our house, but it has a separate entrance. So it is private. There are several places to eat, not too far away from us. There is a pharmacy right up the street and 2 local supermarkets. The city tax is 2,40€ per person per night. By Austrian law I am required to input a personal identification into the Austrian data base

A fifth bed can be added if needed. Washing machine in the basement is available for shared use. Not available for contractor groups.

Waidhofen captivates with a charming old town and beautiful surroundings in the foothills of the Alps, perfect for hiking, biking (Ybbstal bike path) and unwinding. Enjoy the cozy apartment in the listed house in the city center - view of the Ybbs river included. In summer you can cool off in the bathing area in front of the house.

Lehn dich zurück und entspanne – in dieser ruhigen, urigen Unterkunft am Rand von Steyrling umgeben von Bergen, Wald, Flüssen und Seen. Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet, vom Geschirrspüler über Gasgrill bis zum Mixstab. Mit Sauna, Garten, Lounge.zum Stausee sind es 3 Autominuten. Der Fluss Steyrling fließt unweit vom Haus. Im Sommer gibt es dort schöne Schotterbänke und die Möglichkeit, sich zu erfrischen. (200m v.Haus). Gasthaus und den Dorfladen 5 Minuten zu Fuß.

Natur Pracht-Idylle in Ruhelage

Die ehemalige Scheune ist originell ausgebaut zu einem Feriendomizil der besonderen Art, 144 m² auf zwei Ebenen. Umgeben von 2 ha Wiese, 1 ha Wald, ein Ort für Rückzug, für Familienurlaub, für "Einfach Sein in Hollenstein". Baden, Tennis, Radfahren (Ybbstag Radweg direkt vor der Tür), Wandern, Schifahren, Langlauf, Schneeschuhwandern und direkt beim Haus rodeln wenn es der Schnee erlaubt! 3 km vom Ortszentrum Hollenstein entfernt, sehr gute Infrastruktur.

Lovely Tiny House surrounded by greenery - an oasis of peace! The extensively equipped accommodation is an ideal base camp for "expeditions" into the Mühlviertel and Linz region. This apartment is an ideal base for excursions by car, motorcycle, bicycle, mountain bike - close to Linz (20 min. by car). Fast WLAN, parking, private access, open fireplace outside and cozy pellet stove inside, the existing swimming pond can be shared.

An additional terrace invites you to relax. we are close to: main station 700 m, FH OÖ Campus Steyr, restaurant, bars, cinema … Steyr is the 40 Kilometer away from capital City LINZ. Every half an hour there is a train leaving to Linz.
