Herring Suite, in the historic Inn at Thomas House

The Herring Suite is a 2nd floor, private queen bedroom with en suite bath, in the Inn at Thomas House, in Historic Dayton, VA This is the main bedroom in the Inn, named for the original owners, Alexander and Abigail Herring, who built the Thomas House in 1818. Guests enter the Inn from Main street, a quiet street, lined with quaint shops, where its common to see horse-drawn buggies traveling by. The Thomas House restaurant, is on-site, and open Tuesday - Saturday for breakfast and lunch.

Hotel Laurance - THE LAURA | Room 7

This is our largest and most accommodating suite. You enter the foyer and can walk down the hall to find two large queen bedrooms that sleeps 4 people. It has a comfortable sitting area with bright light streaming in. There is a full kitchen and dining area, great for dining in and playing family games. The bathroom has a step in bathtub/shower. It is 800 sq ft and is on the second floor of the southern exterior of the building. The occupancy is 4 people.

Hiker's Hideaway in a Rustic Grist Mill Inn

The Hiker's Hideway, a room with a private bathroom overlooks the Mill's massive Fritz water wheel. It is furnished with a king bed, sitting area, smart TV (complimentary YouTube TV), usb chargers, free coffee, tea, water, and access to free WiFi. Linens and toiletries are provided. Please note this suite is NOT pet friendly. The cabin is our only pet-friendly option. The suite is also on the 2nd floor up the original (steep) stairs of the Mill house.
