Unwind at this romantic getaway nestled in the beautiful Bristol Hills, just minutes away from Bristol Ski Resort, Canandaigua and Honeoye Lakes. This unique 1 bedroom 1 bathroom cottage is one of our two homes on the property along the peacefully flowing Mill Creek. Take in the natural beauty from the large patio and hot tub. Inside, enjoy the warmth of the gas fireplace, complimentary wifi and smartTV. The full kitchen and bathroom are well stocked with amenities to ensure a comfortable stay.

The Cottage on Waneta is a three-season home located in the heart of the stunning Finger Lakes. With 50 feet of lakefront and dock on a sloped lot, this charming cottage offers an open floor plan, complete with kitchen, cozy living space, and 2 bedrooms. The bathroom features a custom shower and separate sink area for added convenience. A sun porch provides extra seating and sleeping space, leading to a spacious deck with outdoor dining table and seating area perfect for enjoying lake views.

Iris cottage is set on a quiet road in WNY just 15 mi. from Letchworth State Park and 5 mi. from Houghton College. Gas fire place greets guests on chilly days and a large deck overlooks woods and Higgins Creek. The kitchen is well stocked and fully equipped. Whether summer or winter this is the perfect place to enjoy WNY nature at its best and get away from it all. 2 bedrooms open to open plan living, kitchen and dining. Cozy cottage just a short walk from private Lake access for swimming & sunsets, private boat launch, general store w/ice cream, playgrounds & basketball courts. 5 min drive to CMAC, 10 min to downtown Canandaigua & Wegmans & a short drive to Naples for hiking & grape pies or Bristol Mountain for skiing & fall foliage. Fully equipped kitchen w/electric oven, air fryer, microwave, k-cup coffee maker. Wi-Fi w/Fire TV, hammock & board games galore. Perfect for couples & solo travelers!

Right on the water with lots of space and fresh air this new and charming cottage is situated in the heart of the Finger Lakes on the east side of Waneta Lake. Ideal for 1 to 2 couples, a girls weekend getaway or families up to 4. There are 2 bedrooms, an open fully equipped kitchen, a sitting area and bathroom with walk-in shower. Dine and relax on the over-sized covered deck overlooking the lake. A stairway from the deck provides access to a private beach with 4 kayaks.

Unique, renovated country cottage

A quiet very relaxing private home out in the Finger Lakes region. High speed internet & roku tv provided. Gas fireplace, airconditioning. Open loft bedroom with great star gazing while laying in bed. There are multiple wineries and breweries that are just a short drive. Penn Yan, Hammonsport & the town of Naples just a short drive. Kueka Lake State Park 5 miles away. Note: Sorry this cottage is not suitable for small children, due to the loft cable style railings.
