The Suite is a cozy place to rest from your travels or stay while you visit family/friends. Away from the bustle of downtown, yet only a 10 minute drive to all the venues in the Grand Rapids downtown area. It’s a small but well stocked suite , self contained space in the front of our home. Tanger Outlet is 1 mile away for convenient shopping. There are a number of restaurants close to choose from. Continental breakfast provided ( plant based) hot/cold cereal, bread, fruit, coffee bar.

Tiny House In the City

**Important to note: we are currently undergoing an exterior landscape renovation to be complete late Spring of 2026.** Welcome to our tiny home! In 2019 my husband and I set out to renovate this old pool house into a self-sustainable apartment or tiny home in our backyard. As you can imagine… things did not turn out the way we intended and construction was completed in the fall of 2020! The amenities are not lacking within the space and we know you will feel at home!

CUTE COZY COTTAGE WITH GUN LAKE ACCESS

Super cute, cozy and clean cottage! My place is located with an association which includes two docks and a boat slip is included. You will also have use of couple firepits on the property. I just had a new deck put on as well! Washer and Dryer in the unit and central air! The cottage is a short walk to the lake and partial view of the lake. Wifi and I will have a tv with some basic channels. I like to be clean so ask you please clean up :)

Our home is located on a beautiful 2.5 acre wooded setting. We have hiking trails around the woods and a beautiful lawn to sit outside and enjoy. Our location can't be beat! We are 20 minutes from downtown Grand Rapids, 20 minutes from Gun Lake Casino, 20 minutes to the airport, 35-40 minutes from Lake Michigan, and 25 minutes away from Yankee Springs Recreation area. The entire lower level is set up as a private space for you to enjoy.
