Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. The studio is situated on our property in a safe and quiet gated development, independent from our home with its own front door. The studio has a shower room, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster. Minutes from Emsworth train station with links to London , Portsmouth, Chichester. There is parking on our drive, max height 7ft, large cars can be tricky to park, no other parking allowed in development. We are 0.5 miles from the Village.

Enjoy exclusive use of the space, as the annexe has its own entrance separate from the main house, dedicated driveway parking and an EV charging point. We are nestled opposite a picturesque horse field with views of the South Downs National Park. We are happy to cater for any type of stay and are happy to add an air bed for children if needed.

This is my small one bed house which is ideal for exploring SE Hampshire & W Sussex. The new king size bed, lounge, kitchen & bathroom provide an ideal base, located in a quiet suburban location. There is excellent access to the A3M & A27, so Portsmouth, Petersfield, Chichester and the South Downs lie within easy reach. I have a nice garden and car bay for my visitors and include broadband and gas central heating which I hope will make your visit relaxing, convenient and enjoyable.
