In 2020, we brought it back to life with a renovation, honoring its roots while adding comfort. Norfork Lake is only minutes away and Bull Shoals Lake is 45 minutes. The cabin is set back off a quiet county road and is surrounded by large oak trees. Wildlife is often visible from the comfort of the wrap around porch. The interior is bright and airy featuring hardwood floors, exposed beams, and vaulted ceilings.

Secluded in the woods of the Ozarks this home has a gated coded entry gate. The space has 3 queen beds and 1 single. Your own deck with chairs and tables. You will have Access to our 2 pavilions, 1 off the basement of the main house and 1 at the creek park. Surrounded by a mountain of trees and has a year round clear creek that flows through the property with picnic tables, bathrooms, showers, swings, fire pit and outdoor mini kitchen. Both pavilions have large picnic tables with grills.

Come stay at the ranch! As we no longer need a farmhand, we are offering the cabin as a place to relax and enjoy the Ozarks at their finest! Come enjoy stunning views, sunrises and sunsets, fresh country air, starlit skies, and of course, cows. All from your porch. The house has been recently repainted, a soaking tub added, and the gas fireplace upgraded. The kitchen is fully furnished and a propane grill provided. Park your vehicle in the shop beside the house. Live the simple life!

The Ozark Hideaway is on 90 wooded acres 8 mi from Gainesville, MO (home of Hootin-n-Hollerin) in Ozark County on a well-maintained gravel road. Wildlife abounds as you hike the marked trails or warm by the fire pit. The cozy living room offers a gas fireplace. Sleeping space includes a queen bed in the beautifully furnished bedroom, a couch in the living room, and a twin bed in the loft. There is a fully-equipped kitchen. The spacious bathroom has a walk-in shower & washer/dryer.
