Located on beautiful Caddo Lake. The Dock House is a destination the whole family will enjoy. This lakefront property has ample outdoor space for entertaining around the fire pit or catching the spectacular sunrises. Just steps away from the house fish or secure your boat to the dock. King suite complete with a gaming area, ping pong table and adjacent bunkroom. The adjacent bathhouse offers an additional shower and restrooms. The lawn has a large playground, room for yard games and parking.

This 3-bedroom + loft home features new carpet upstairs, smart TVs in every bedroom and the living room, a fully stocked kitchen with spices, and a washer/dryer. Enjoy two screened-in patios—one for dining and one for relaxing—plus a large sectional, spacious dining table, and a designated workspace. Perfect for family getaways, remote work, or a relaxing weekend on the water. No parties or events allowed. No more than 12 guests allowed.

Private country atmosphere in city located on 7 acres. Lots of large pine and oak trees, birds, and catch and release from onsite pond. Plenty of room for horse or boat trailers to park. 5 to 10 minutes from restaurants and stores if your not in mood to cook. Daily pet fee $10.00 per day per pet due check in 2pets. 30 lb. limit unless you talk with us first. NO CATS. You will need to provide animal crate if pet is left alone in cabin. After 10PM inquires will be answered the next morning

The Ginocchio Meyer Home

Welcome! We want to share a bit of history with you! Enjoy a once in a lifetime experience staying at this unique & intricate beautiful 1890’s home. In the 1890’s Charles Ginocchio, owner of the Ginocchio Hotel and the Ginocchio home, had this home built by C. G. Lancaster for Emile Meyers, who operated a saloon in the hotel. Emile, an immigrant from Alsace-Lorraine continued to work at the hotel for many years. During the prohibition era, he converted the saloon into a soda fountain.

The treehouse has an open concept living area with a queen bed, claw foot tub and equipped kitchenette, with countertop oven/toaster, microwave, coffee pot, electric skillet, refrigerator and sink. It accommodates two adults, no children or pets. Two night minimum stay, no exceptions.
