Siamo stati in questo alloggio per una settimana. Tutto era come descritto, Elsie ci ha “seguiti” da lontano ed è sempre stata reattiva per rispondere alle nostre domande. Location molto ben collegata, in circa 15 minuti si arriva a Time Square dalla fermata davanti casa (NJ transit). Alloggio pulitissimo e curato in ogni dettaglio, ha proprio pensato a tutto. Unica cosa che aggiungerei, una luce all’esterno con sensore volumetrico, per poter aprire comodamente la porta quando si arriva a casa di sera. Complimenti Elsie, e grazie! Se un giorno passi per Roma saremo lieti di darti consigli utili per ammirare la nostra città.

Vue magnifique sur Manhattan by nigth ! La balade aux alentours est tranquille et agréable. Le quartier est plutôt calme. Il faut compter 15mn de bus de New York ou bien faire la traversée en bateau. Samuel est réactif à la moindre question. Je recommande !

Prachtige locatie, met geweldig uitzicht vanaf het terras. Host reageerde altijd snel en vriendelijk. Prima busverbinding met de stad, 30 min tijdens spits en 15-20 min buiten de spits.

First and foremost, Michaela is one of the most responsive and helpful hosts I’ve encountered on this app. She elevated our experience with constant communication, flexibility, and timeliness with meeting us (we arrived at the airport at 5am and she met us at the Airbnb by the time we arrived at 6am!). Plus, I locked myself out and she bent over backwards to get a spare key to let me in. She’s amazing. The place itself is in a great location with beautiful views. As others have mentioned, people live there, so you’ll find the dressers and closets full of clothes. So you’ll need to live out of your suitcase. Overall, great experience.

stayed for a business trip but would also be good for a trip with the family. In a quiet neighborhood, but three blocks from restaurants and shopping. Also a short walk to the path train to go into NYC. highly recommend

This was the best stocked Airbnb that I have ever stayed at. If you forgot to bring something, not to worry it was here. The view of the Hudson river in that region is unmatched. You will not find any more scenic. Clean, modern open floor plan that lets in plenty of light to allow the full experience of the extraordinary view. It is not far from the historic and notorious Sing Sing correctional facility. I wish I could have stayed longer.

This was my family's first time in New York, along with the two friends who traveled with me. Staying in Prince's property felt like being at home. From the start of the booking process and through departure, Prince was always available to answer questions and made me feel at ease that the location we were staying in was safe, clean, and family-friendly. The amenities in this home made it so that we could save money cooking some of our meals in the beautiful and well-equipped and well-stocked kitchen. The house is TWO MINUTES from La Guardia, but the home has double-paned windows so you won't hear airplanes flying overhead. I will definitely stay here again with my family the next time I'm in Queens!

This was our second time staying at the lake house, and everything was just as wonderful as the first time. Joe and Izzy were the perfect hosts, always there to help and provide any information needed. The house and property continue to be drop-dead gorgeous, but it remains an extremely comfortable and livable home to stay in. This is by far the best Airbnb or VRBO that we have ever stayed at, and we would highly recommend it without hesitation. Definitely a 10 out of 10. Many thanks to Joe and Izzy for creating such a special place.

I recently stayed at an Airbnb that surpassed my expectations! The host was quick to respond, and the space was very clean and welcoming. The location was great, with easy access to local attractions and excellent restaurants. I loved being close to the center of Piermont and the Hudson River. I highly recommend this Airbnb!

So glad we stayed at John's beachfront home. We wanted a way to escape the noise and chaos of a large city and this was the perfect fit. Granted the commute is longer, but we couldn't get enough of the amazing ferry ride from Rockaway to Manhattan/Wall Street. Such a great way to explore NYC.

Das Apartment hat alle Erwartungen erfüllt. Ich habe mich super wohl gefühlt. Das Bett war wahnsinnig bequem, sodass ich sehr gut schlafen konnte. Natürlich ist der Weg nach Manhattan hinein von Rockaway Beach aus nicht der Kürzeste, das war mir aber von vornherein klar. Innerhalb von 75 Minuten war ich „mitten drin“, ob ich mit der Bahn oder mit dem Schiff gefahren bin. Supermarkt und das empfehlenswerte „Restaurant“ sind auch fußläufig (5 Minuten) erreichbar. Auch als alleinreisende Frau habe ich mich in der Gegend sicher gefühlt. Dass man innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß bei schönstem Wetter am Strand war, hat das Ganze noch abgerundet.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb. Joseph and family were very welcoming. It was easy to find And Easy to park in the gated driveway. Definitely an extra perk to have your car parked there behind the gate. The courtyard is very nice with a glass table and chairs to enjoy. The Dog on the property was sleepy and nice! The basketball hoop and basketball for my son was great! The house was extremely clean! Very nice linens, lots of extra towels. The place definitely had everything we needed! Joseph was very patient and easy to communicate with, as we were super confused about the bus schedule and how to buy tickets, but he took lots of time to explain everything to us! The location is really great to get into New York City. The bus comes right outside the front of the house and it takes about 20 minutes to get to Times Square! There’s a little shop you can see from the front of the house that you can get necessities and there is a great little Colombian restaurant near by so delicious!

This was a wonderful place to stay with my family. It’s only 20 minutes from the ferry if you’re planning to go to New York. The location is surrounded by all the stores you could possibly need. The yard is enormous, which was a pleasant surprise. Although it’s too cold to go swimming, the beach is within walking distance.

THIS A THE PERFECT PLACE FOR FAMILY WITH CHILDREN. LOTS OF ACTIVITY FOR CHILDREN, CLEAN, CONVENIENT, AND COMFORTABLE. I WOULD RENT THIS PLACE ALL OVER AGAIN IF NEED BE.

Estefany and Athia made us feel very welcome, always on hand to offer helpful advice and suggestions for restaurants and places to visit. The bedroom is a good size and offers a very comfy bed. The bus stop is right outside to the city and is only 20 minutes to the city, I’d recommend purchasing the 10 day pass/discounted ticket option as you’ll use 2 a day and perhaps the 7 day metro card which you can use unlimited on the subway. The views are stunning from the property and it’s located in a safe neighbourhood.

The condo is spectacular and the host was very gracious and helpful! Note: there are alot of stairs to climb. We were unaware of this prior to checking in and my mother was unable to make it up the stairs due to her recent hip surgery. So please note there are stairs and it's not handicapped accessible. Otherwise great stay! Thanks!

If you are looking to explore New York for a few days or longer then Jay's place is great. Just a few minutes from the Long Beach station, Penn or Grand Central are about an hour away on a direct LIRR train. You will save $$$ by staying here compared with Manhattan. Long Beach is a safe, full of interesting shops. The 10km boardwalk is just a few minutes away. The apartment of character in a listed building full of charm. Loved the well stocked kitchen and would not hesitate to come back again.

Loved loved loved this place. The rooftop is beautiful. The fireplace actually works! The string lights are a great touch. Kitchen was immaculate. View from the room is amazing. Building was nice. Parking in the garage was provided with a designated spot! And it has a lot of good restaurants nearby in walking distance. The pool table in the common area was also a great touch. I would DEFINITELY recommend coming here again and I know for sure I will be back again! Host was also very responsive and helpful to any and all questions I had. This was one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever had! Love love love it!

The apartment is located in a perfect location, close to the Hudson River with amazing views across to the manhattan skyline. Transport links were great too - we were able to get across to manhattan for all the sightseeing trips we had booked quickly and smoothly. AJ was an excellent host. Very quick to respond and so helpful with our enquiries. All his responses and instructions were very clear. We would recommend this property to friends and family.

If ever in the area will definitely try to book again. Area parking was the only issue. Other than that it was a top tier space. Blessings 🙏🏽
