A great location, 15 minutes from downtown Detroit, 7 minutes to Royal Oak and Ferndale. Close to Rochester Hills and Birmingham. General Motors Tech Center is 5 minutes away. Two queen bedrooms, newly renovated full bath and kitchen on main floor. Half bath, washer and dryer in basement. Perfect for 4 adults, or small family. Secluded backyard with private deck area. Lush landscaping in summer months. A nice park with a walking trail is two blocks away. Bars, restaurants, brewery’s near by.
