Holly Cottage is a “Guest Favourite”, Grade II listed, 3-bedroom house (sleeps 6) in the historic village of Edington, Wiltshire. It has a south-facing walled garden, off-street parking, and is close to an award-winning village pub plus numerous local attractions and beautiful countryside. Please refer to our Policies Below. Longleat Safari (&AquaSana Spa!) is only 6 miles away. Salisbury Cathedral, 40mins, BathSpa with Abbey/shops is a 30min drive & London's an 1hr by train. Contractors /people working in the area are very welcome; it's an ideal home from home base offering 3 separate showers, separate bathroom, sunny garden &large private drive

Once you've walked out through the Georgian Lodge archway you'll be practically on the town bridge looking over the river Avon in the heart of the town, right next door to the award winning Bridge Tea rooms. The train station is a two minute walk to the flat and a 1 minute walk to town centre. River & canal walks right on your doorstep.

We have two bedrooms listed. It is our understanding that two guests will be sharing the main bedroom. If two guests book and require two bedrooms, please book for three people to cover the cost of the extra bedroom. Our home is on the outskirts of Warminster with rural views, we are 1 mile from Center Parcs and 2 miles from Longleat, easy access to Salisbury, Bath & Frome. A family bathroom. Breakfast included. A dining area, TV, DVD, use of the garden. And we have a Labrador dog.

Stonehenge, Salisbury Cathedral, Bath, Longleat, the New Forest, Studland Bay, Sandbanks and the Jurassic Coast an easy drive.

Add to this a huge open plan living space, 2 beautiful bedrooms, underfloor heating throughout and exquisite decor, it's the perfect place to relax or work from home.

The Coach House between Bath & Wells

The Coach House is situated within gated grounds of our Georgian home and had recently gone under complete renovations and now boasts a luxurious and contemporary style of living. This includes an open plan kitchen, dining and living space of which the kitchen incorporates integrated fridge, freezer, hob, double oven, dishwasher and washing machine. The dining table can extend and comfortably seat 12 people making it perfect for family/friends to get together.

Cosy one bedroom barn conversion

Dating back to 1818, this beautiful recently renovated barn is the perfect setting for those seeking a relaxing getaway. With lots to do within walking distance including a national trust property, two pubs and a cafe in the village, we are also very close to famous and much visited towns and city’s such as Bradford on Avon (2.6 miles) and Bath (10 miles) if you fancy a day out. A great base for cycling/ walking/ exploring Wiltshire.
