Orchard Cottage at Howlett Hall with hot tub

Orchard Cottage is located in the beautiful village of Warkworth. It's a 5 minute walk away from the River Coquet and Warkworth Hermitage. The famous Warkworth Castle and village centre are only 15 minutes away by foot and the stunning Warkworth Beach is only 10 minutes by car from our cottages. The location of the Meadow Cottage allows for an easy access to water sports. There are two bedrooms upstairs, living room, a wood burner, kitchen with fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.

Probably the best view on the Island. Look East to the Farne Islands and watch sunrise over two castles and the Island harbour or Lindisfarne Priory. Centrally located with parking right outside your door you will find Sea View the perfect place to plan your day. The old Fisherman’s cottage has sympathetically restyled from top to bottom into a cosy retreat for you to kick back relax and enjoy some peace and quiet. The large private garden has a decking area and summer house for you to enjoy.

This is a welcoming, spacious, pet friendly stone cottage in a tiny quiet street. There are 3 comfy bedrooms, full kitchen and lounge with dining table and Smart TV. There is even free parking. A very short walk gets you to the high street, marina and beaches. We are also convenient as a base for work. Amble, known as "The Friendliest Port", has made the Times Top 10 Seaside Places to Live List. Northumberland won Gold in the British Travel Awards, so come and see what all the fuss is about!

WiFi throughout with 2 bedrooms, kitchen diner and small yard perfect for al fresco dining. 10 minutes walk to high street with a Tesco’s, cafes and take aways. 15 minutes walk to Amble Harbour village with restaurants, gelataria, seafood hatchery, weekly Sunday market, lovely pier and Little Shore Beach. A short drive away are the picturesque villages of Warkworth, Alnmouth, Seahouses, Boulmer, Craster & Alnwick.

Ulgham Grange Holiday Cottage, Northumberland

Beautiful rural cottage in the small village of Ulgham just outside Morpeth. This old railway house is situated at the Ulgham Grange Railway crossing within the beautiful Northumberland country side with access to lovely walks straight out the door. We have the pleasure of seeing classic steam engines such as the Royal Scot travelling passed from the comfort of the upstairs bedrooms. Very clean beaches of Cresswell and Druridge bay are easily accessible by car and bicycle.

Artist’s Mews

Our family has put a lot of time & energy into renovating this charming 19th-century terraced house in Amble. Our love of art and books has made this home a very unique space. We have left the art and many of our books in situ for our guests to discover and enjoy during their stay. Amble is a small seaside town which has a rich fishing and mining heritage which has recently become a popular destination to explore the coast, castles and countryside of Northumberland.

Bancha, Amble. Homely, spacious, stylish.

Our lovely house has been a labour of love. My partner, Richard, with help from his brother, has put his heart into renovating and remodelling the house to a style we love. My part was sourcing all the retro furniture, tiles and paint colours which happens to be one of my favourite pastimes! The house reflects our quirky taste and my love of mid century furniture! Welcome to our holiday home. It's a lovely three-bedroom, three bathroom house located just behind the famous Barter Books, about 4 mins walk from the centre of historic Alnwick. It's also perfectly located (about a 10 min walk) for Alnwick Castle & Gardens. Newly decorated/carpeted, the house is the perfect place for a Northumbrian break. Alnmouth Bay is just under 10 mins drive, with Beadnell, Seahouses and Bamburgh about another 15 mins away.

Luxury Costal Holiday Home

Recently refurbished in November 2025, Marine Cottage is a beautifully presented stone-built, mid-terraced property located in the very heart of Amble, with only a few minutes walk to the harbour and beach. Shops, cafe’s and acclaimed local restaurants. The small beach with rocky outcrops has views towards the RSPB reserve Coquet Island, where puffins and grey seals are regularly seen is only a gentle stroll from Marine Cottage.
