The 64m² holiday flat with a lake view is located in the vicinity of the leisure center. The ski lifts and a toboggan run are within 80m. A swimming lake, beach volleyball and basketball court and outdoor fitness equipment are located directly in front of the house. A few steps away: a Kneipp pool with a barefoot path, an indoor pool with a sauna (closed April-August), an ice rink with a skating rink, a bocce court, a mini golf course (May-October), a tennis court, and a children's playground.

Die Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt. Die Kurtaxe wird vor Ort extra berechnet und muss BAR bezahlt werden. Pro Tag 1 Erw. 3,50€ und 1 Kind von 7-12 Jahren 1,60€.

Nebenan können Sie sich im Fitnessraum auspowern oder mit einer Tasse Tee die Infrarotkabine genießen. Nur 2 Straßen weiter gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Penny, Action und 2 Döner Läden.

Enjoy this beautiful modern 1-bedroom apartment with breathtaking views, in an open and nature-connected ambiance right in Zurich City. Perfect stay if you want to experience both nature and city life, with supermarkets and a bike for your use. PS: if you’re coming with your car, we do have a parking in front of the building but it’s for all residents to use freely. So I cannot guarantee that you’ll always get a free spot.

Swiss Cozy studio

The studio is 12 minutes from Central Zurich via Tram 2 and 3, bus 72 and 33 to Albisriederplatz). It used to be part of the Crowne Plaza Hotel (next door). There is a swimming pool and Fitness Gym next door (additional cost). The studio has 2 single beds which can be extended for 3 or 4 people. Brand new kitchen and full of kitchen accessaries. There is no TV and no sofa. Migros (Swiss grocery) is 1 minute walk away
