The state-of-the-art holiday apartment on the 1st floor offers you a fully equipped open kitchen with a dining bar, oven, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine, two bathrooms (each with a shower), a spacious living room with an expansive sofa area and two bedrooms. The living room and both bedrooms have air conditioning and TV sets, both bedrooms have access to the large corner terrace (balcony). Rounded off by a barbecue area and pool for common use.

This villa is located directly on the beach. The house consists of 5 bedrooms, living room with dining room, fully equipped kitchen, 4 bathrooms, roof terrace with jacuzzi for five person, sauna and gym. All rooms are air-conditioned and two rooms have a private bathroom. The house has a small tennis court, a football field and children playground.Our guests have private parking, free WiFi and barbecue. All contents are private.

Direct access to the beach. Two-bedroom apartment with a sea view, no traffic, noise or pollution. Sandy beach ''Kolovare'' is 2 min from the apartment. Easy walk by the sea to the city center only for 15 minutes.. Shop, bank, restaurant, pizzeria, coffee shop, market, main bus station, hospital and other places you need are 5-10 minutes away (by foot).
