It is one of the few villas that stretches to the sea. 150 meters from the property there is the beautiful bay of Dumbocca with crystal clear sea and white pebbles.The natural environment with 200 olive trees provides guests with a pleasant and intimate atmosphere. Until 01. 06. and from 01. 10 pool heating is charged 100 euros per week.

Apartman se nalazi u mirnom dijelu Vrbnika i udaljen je tek nekoliko minuta od centra grada ( trgovine, pekarnice, restorana..) i nekoliko minuta od plaze. Klimatizirani prostor sastoji se od dnevnog boravka te potpuno opremljene kuhinje sa pecnicom i perilicom za sude. Na drugom katu nalaze se soba i kupaonica. My flat - loft is very comfortable, it has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and big kitchen such a dinning room and living room and the view from the balcony is something that you can not explain with the words. You have to feel it! You will have private parking behind the house. It is 10 min away walking from the city center and the beach.

App "Nina", the sun and the sea are very close

Brand new and modern apartment, totally equipped, with two terrace ( one of them is allways in the shadow ), 5 min walk from the nearest beach ( 250 m ), 10 - 15 min ( 650 m ) from the Old City centar and markets. Very suitable for families, very safe and quiet location.
