NEW Efis Home - Villa 2 - Sea View & Prive Jacuzzi (60 sq.m.) is a beautiful property that acommodates up to 4pax! The Villa has in total 1 Double Bed, Safety box, 1 Sofa-bed, 1 camb bed,1 beautiful Cave-Bathroom with Shower, 1 Living Room with Dining Table and Chairs, a Flat Screen TV, a mini Fridge and a Coffee machine. At the balcony, there is a deck with outside furniture & 1 Private Jacuzzi, where you can relax & enjoy the majestic view from the sun beds, as well as your meals and drinks.

Gadi Apartment

Our apartment is located close to Vourvoulos beach, 5 minutes from Fira center, 8 minutes from airport&15 minutes from Oia(driving distance). It has a bedroom with a small kitchenette (equipped with wash basin,water kettle,coffee machine,an electric grill,microwave&a fridge)& a bathroom. There is an outside area with sea view, a mini playground, a barbeque& parking. It's ideal for couples who like to relax & enjoy the nature. The price doesn't include the government tax of 8 euros per night.

Our cave villa comes with sentimental value as it belonged to our grandmother. Dated back to 1920's brings a great heritage. The villa was totally renovated in 2015, transforming a traditional cave into a luxury residence following faithfully the unique cycladic architecture with exceptional modern esthetics. The villa consists of two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a dining area and a small kitchenette. It features a heated plunge pool and an upper terrace with panoramic view over Caldera.
