Villa Brionika is situated in the charming town of Vodnjan, only a few kilometers from Pula. This holiday home is surrounded by other vacation villas in a vibrant tourist area, making it an ideal base for exploring the region. Villa Brionika features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The inviting living room is equipped with a sofa bed for extra guests and a Smart TV. Villa Smilja spans three floors, covering approximately 150 sqm with six rooms. On the ground floor, the open-space entrance leads to the living room with a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table for 12 guests. The upper floors feature four bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and air conditioning. Outside, the dining area is shaded, the barbecue area is covered by a large canopy, and in the back garden, a spacious natural pool stands out.
