Den nächsten Supermarkt können sie in 15 min zu Fuss erreichen und das Meer in 25 min zu Fuss.

Villa Nascosta is offering a comfortable stay for up to 4 guests. It is located in a small Istrian village "Kacana", only 4 km away from Vodnjan and 14 km from Pula. Only 10 km of car drive is needed to reach lovely beaches in Fažana and Peroj. This holiday house is part of a row of connected houses. With an indoor area of 100 m2, it provides a cozy living space. Villa Smilja spans three floors, covering approximately 150 sqm with six rooms. On the ground floor, the open-space entrance leads to the living room with a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table for 12 guests. The upper floors feature four bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and air conditioning. Outside, the dining area is shaded, the barbecue area is covered by a large canopy, and in the back garden, a spacious natural pool stands out.

Villa Leny is located in the peaceful village of Majmajola, near Vodnjan, in southern Istria. It is a single-story house that provides comfortable accommodation for up to 6 people, making it an ideal choice for families or smaller groups of friends. The nearest beach is in the tourist village of Peroj, about 11 kilometers from the villa, while shops and restaurants are available within a 3 to 4-kilometer range.

Veranda - Seaview Apartment

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.
