V hiši je spalnica, dnevni prostor- nekdanja črna kuhinja s kmečko mizo, kuhinja in kopalnica (50 m2). Razen spalnice so vsi prostori obokani. Hiša z ograjenim dvoriščem (1500 m2) je primerna za krajše oziroma daljše počitnice in hišne ljubljenčke.
