The complex comprises 10 spacious apartments in Vir. Each apartment is 70m2 and equipped with 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, living room, equipped kitchen, centrally heated with underfloor heating, AC, wi-fi, heated outdoor swimming pool (seasonal) and grill. The rooftop top on two building has sitting area and jacuzzi available for all the guests ( seasonal). The property is located in a prestigious location only 400 m away from the sea and the beach. There is also a grocery store nearby ( 50m)

You also have a private space on the beach in front of the apartment. If you like hiking entrance of National Park Paklenica is just 10 minutes walking distance.
