Nerium Penthouse

Between the beautiful Renaissance and Baroque palaces in the heart of Trogir, lies our apartment. It's infused with modern touches while remaining true to it's heritage, and centuries old features. It is situated on the second floor of the old townhouse. The main gate and courtyard are the entrance to the old townhouse complex, with the old stone staircase leading to the first floor and the entrance of the Penthouse. Another flight of steep narrow stairs leads to the second floor, and attic.

This new villa is located near a sandy beach in a quiet location. The villa consists of three bedrooms, living room with kitchen, dining room, three bathrooms and guest toilet. A sun terrace with barbecue, sauna, fitness room, private parking and WiFi are available to our guests. All bedrooms have a bathroom and air conditioning. The pool is heated. Near our accommodation there are restaurants, bars, supermarkets and the most famous tourist resort with entertainment facilities.

The price includes a kayak, standing paddling board, two beach chairs and a beach umbrella, Wi-Fi, satelite TV and parking inside the house yard. The position of the apartment is suitable for scuba diving, mountain cycling, motor cycling, and other sports related to the sea and mountain.
