Villa je okružena sa 11 velikih hrastovih stabala, koja osiguravaju cijeli dan prirodni hlad. Veliki bazen i plaža su cijeli dan na suncu. Sa balkona se prostire pogled na more, te planinu Velebit. Stonehouse Milan is in a central postion for visiting many sight seeings, nationalparks etc.
