Felt at home as soon as I arrived here, the decor is lovely and is more spacious than I thought it would be. Also, the best shower I’ve had anywhere I’ve stayed! The flat gets so much light and you can open the big windows for a nice breeze. I thought a sofa bed would be an inconvenience but it was super easy to put away/get out. I felt very safe in the flat, a sturdy door and double lock. No disturbances from neighbours in the month I was there, people in the building were always friendly and said hello. Communal areas are kept clean. The location is great, super close to the train station for day trips and a short walk to the beach. And then Audrey is just so lovely, super friendly, replied quickly to any queries I had and always reminded me she was there if I had any questions/needed recommendations. If I could have stayed longer I would have, I recommend a stay here 100%.

We had a wonderful time. Pascale welcomed us and gave us good recommendations for site seeing and car rentals. The stay was comfortable in a beautiful setting. Most sites ( Nice airport, Eze, St Jean Cap Ferrat, Cannes, Cap d’Ail and Monaco were 20- 45 minutes by car. We could explore quite a few highlights. A big thank you!

My vacation was excellent at André’s-Pierre apartments. The host was very hospitable and communicative—he picked me up from the airport and took me to the apartment. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and had a stunning view of Monaco and the sea. Huge thanks to André-Pierre for all the help and hospitality! I highly recommend André’s -Pierre apartments with great pleasure!

My wife and I had the best vacation ever! This is the best Airbnb i’ve ever rented by far. Ela was a fantastic host. The building (Parc du Cap) is incredible. It’s brand new, with unbelievable amenities such as beautiful indoor and outdoor pools, a fantastic tennis court, a top notch gym and spa boasting a world class sauna, steam room and even a cold room. The apartment itself was immaculate with top notch appliances and a large furnished terrace. The location was as good as it gets! It’s only a 5 minute walk to the heart of Juan-les-Pins and all the restaurants, bars, and shops. It’s also only a 5 minute walk to all the amazing beaches. We also walked 15 minutes to go into Antibes and all their restaurants, beaches etc. If I could sum our experience in one word it would be- PERFECT! Gary Busel

Parking privatif et sécurisé. Proximité d'une grande surface accessible à pied en moins de cinq minutes depuis le logement. Entièrement satisfait de l'ensemble. Petit bémol, pour l'absence de connexion wifi et une réception TV, pas toujours au TOP. Excellente literie. Propreté du logement excellente. Super séjour. On recommande.

This apartment was the perfect place to stay during my time in Cannes. It was well situated but a little removed from all the hustle and bustle. I loved waking up in the mornings, sitting on the balcony, and watching the boats in the bay. Communication was easy, and the apartment was easy to find.

Appartement très bien situé près de la gare et du centre ville. L'appartement correspondait parfaitement à la description qui en est faite sur le site. Appartement petit mais très bien agencé avec du mobilier neuf et dans un état de propreté impeccable. Je recommande cette location pour ceux qui veulent visiter à pied le centre ville et le vieux nice.

L'appartement est très bien situé dans le quartier Riquier, assez secur, aux pieds du tram et sur la grande avenue qui va à la place Garibaldi. on peut même tout faire à pied. Il y a tous les commerces nécessaires en bas de l'appartement. Il est calme, très propre et très bien aménagé. Il est très clair et moderne. Les toilettes sont indépendantes de la salle de bains qui est quand même grande et confortable. La cuisine est bien équipée comme si on était à la maison avec un grand frigo. Il y a aussi un petit balcon fort appréciable. La literie est bonne. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, c'était vraiment très agréable. Nous étions 3 adultes et cela ne faisait pas trop petit. Il y avait un jeu de cartes et mikado, des romans et la télé avec Netflix pour les jours de pluie.

Clement place was wonderful it’s on the principal avenue , the beach is behind the building . We spent a really good time .

We loved our stay at Martha's apartment in Nice. Martha is a great host. She's very friendly and has a wealth of information about Nice. Her apartment is very spacious, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The terrace is incredibly large and offers a beautiful view of the Mediterranean. We couldn't ask for a better location. The apartment is located a few steps away from the Promenade des Anglais in the Carré d'Or. All of Nice is within walking distance. We look forward to returning one day.

Bonjour, Nous avons été ravis de notre séjour de dernière minute en amoureux ! Le logement est idéalement situé dans le complexe, la place de parking, proche de l’ascenseur est un plus, et la vue depuis la terrasse est extraordinaire ! Malika, qui nous a accueilli, est à très agréable en plus d’être à l’ écoute et serviable. De belles randonnées dans un périmètre proche ainsi que de jolies criques et plages ! Nous y reviendrons ! We had a lovely short stay in Cannes. The apartment was perfectly placed to wander the old town and down to the beach. Nice and secure, the apartment was peaceful, bright and clean with everything you need. The hosts were also excellent being both helpful and with simple precise check in instructions. Thank you

We had a lovely stay at Elodie's place. It was nice to come "home" to after a busy day exploring. She was a very helpful and responsive host. The apartment was exactly as pictured, clean, cheerful amd spacious.

Cet appartement à Juan Les Pins est très bien placé, à quelques minutes de la plage et avec de nombreux restaurants à proximité. A 10 minutes à pied de la gare, c’est un endroit idéal non seulement pour profiter de l’ambiance et de la beauté de Juan Les Pins et d’Antibes mais aussi d’autres villes de la Côte d’Azur comme Cannes et Cap d’Ail. L’appartement était très propre, très bien équipé et très bien sécurisé. Nous avons été reçus par Yaël, une hôtesse charmante qui a fait tout pour rendre notre séjour le plus agréable possible. Toute était très positif.

Quel plaisir d'être reçus par Pascal et Valérie qui vous accueillent à bras ouverts avec une excellente confiture maison! La maison est très agréable, le jardin aussi avec le terrain de pétanque, le bruit de fond passe après cette vue à couper le souffle.

La maison d‘Anna est fantastique. Bien située, aménagée avec goût. Anna est une hôte avenante, préoccupée du bien-être de ses clients. Nous reviendrons très volontiers!

We had a lovely stay at Sabine’s beautiful place. The apartment is so stylish and well-equipped, and the sweet garden was perfect for sitting and chilling in the afternoon sun. Sabine was a great host - so welcoming and communicative, even when we sent multiple messages with enquiries! I would 100% recommend her place and hope to be back. Thank you, Sabine!

Jean-Marc to po prostu dobry, pomocny, życzliwy człowiek, a spotkanie z nim przywraca optykę patrzenia na świat jako przyjazne miejsce. Jesteśmy wdzięczni za pobyt w tym domu: dobrze wyposażony, kameralny, wygodny, przestrzenny, klimatyczny, z cudownym widokiem na morze. Świetnie wyposażony sklep „na dole”, kuchnia zachęcająca do wspólnego gotowania, dużo zieleni, spokojna okolica. Dla nas - baza do zwiedzania zachwycającego pięknem Lazurowego Wybrzeża. To był dobry czas. 10/10. Dziękuję i polecam :)

Beautiful place and lovely host. Judith was a great host, she was very accommodating and even let us check in early so we could make use of the pool on a sunny day! Judith doesn’t speak English but uses Google translate to communicate which we didn’t mind at all! The accommodation itself was extremely clean and tidy and provided everything we needed. The pool and the views were the best part. Very secluded and peaceful area. I would recommend renting a car as it’s away from the centre and Ubers are not as easy to get. Overall we had a lovely stay and we would recommend. Thank you Judith for a great week!

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Xavier villa set in the valley surrounding the village of St Paul de Vence . The Villa has stunning peaceful views , to enjoy all the lush trees and greenery in front of us . The big hit for us was the terrace and pool which allowed wonderful sunshine all day and then at night idyllic sunsets to enjoy cocktails and dinner . Our first night we noticed a few fire flies in the tree from the terrace which made the place even more enchanting. The villa its self is very clean ,modern and super practical everything we needed for a comfortable stay . We really enjoyed using the downstairs open plan kitchen with great facilities , everything was tidy and orderly . It felt very private, peaceful and relaxing yet there was plenty opportunity to go to the nearby villages . We were so happy when we got to the villa because we had a lovely welcome from Xavier and this is a great villa to find in a very chic area . We loved our stay !
