La Cuadra

Antigua cuadra recientemente reformada manteniendo su esencia. Auna modernidad y tradición. Conserva sus gruesos muros originales y elementos de la construcción original, pero ha sido transformado en un espacio acogedor y diáfano. Desde el dormitorio, muy amplio y con techo a dos aguas, se accede a una pequeña terraza con vistas a la montaña. El salón dispone de estufa de leña y sofá cama, y la cocina de electrodomésticos y menaje. Dispone de comedor junto a la cocina y cuarto de baño con ducha.

Tanto los objetos decorativos como su mobiliario tienen gran valor sentimental. Tiene WIFI, lavadora y secadora, calefacción, y aire acondicionado. Se puede gozar de tres acogedores espacios al aire libre, dos terrazas privadas con bonitas vistas, y un patio con plantas, un limonero, una fuente .

Set in 5 acres of orchards and gardens, the farmhouse is divided into two separate semi-detached homes each with its own private entrance . The owner lives in one of these houses some of the time. The only shared area is the swimming pool and it’s surrounding garden. The pool is set away from the house in the larger grounds at 1-2 minute’s walk The owners may use the pool occasionally .There are cats on the property.
