Upper and lower levels each comfortably sleeps 9 with 2 queen beds, one on bottom bunk, 2 twin beds, pull out full couch and pull out chair twin bed. Get ready to make memories at this large WATERFRONT lake home! It is within the TanTarA Estates which is adjacent to the Margaritaville Resort. It features a concrete 32' deep by 30' wide dock with swim platform. Our cove is tucked far back, so you’ll avoid dealing with large main channel waves. Any stays 28 days or longer will require any guests 18 years old or older to complete a background check, credit score check, and sign a lease agreement. All payments are made through AirBNB.
