Modern retreat in quiet area, close to everything

Our house has been recently renovated and is modern, bright and spacious. Located approx 10 minutes walk from the beach front and a couple of minutes from Whitstable’s cafés, pubs, restaurants and shops. We have curated a homely seaside stay which we want all of our guests to enjoy. In the summer. throw open the double patio doors to the spacious garden and enjoy the terrace with a BBQ and drinks in the sun. Over the colder months the house is especially cosy when the log burner is fired up.

Look out to sea through the porthole window as you start the day with a coffee from the Nespresso machine. Then head out on a short walk round the bay into the vibrant Old Town to explore the antique shops, galleries and cafés. Invite friends over for dinner to watch the sun go down and end the day with a relaxing soak in the bath before climbing into bed to sleep on crisp white sheets.

The spacious and well-equipped flat is on the first and second floor above a French delicatessen shop in the High Street (non-pedestrian part) of popular Deal, and a 2-minute walk from the beach. Centrally located, but quiet, it offers great facilities in one of Kent's most beautiful seaside towns, which received the 'Best High Street' accolade from The Telegraph newspaper.

Spencer House is located in a quiet pedestrian street in the center of the historic town of Sandwich. This beautiful medieval town is renowned for its many restaurants, pubs, and cafes. The Royal St George’s Golf Club is a short drive away and the beach at Sandwich Bay is just under two miles away.
