URBAN UNIT has 50m2, fits up to 4 guests & is located in the 16th district of Vienna. A one minute walk brings you to the tram station, which connects you directly to the historical city center by only 8 stops (no changing trains). The apartment is right next to a park so there's hardly any traffic. The whole building is brand-new (construction work finalized in January 2022). It has a private 19m2 terrace with comfy lounge furniture, accessible from the bed- & living room.

We are located in the middle of the beautiful Ottakring district, not far from the Brunnenmarkt and the Ottakringer Brewery. Bus 10A also gets you to Schönbrunn Palace in about 15 minutes without changing lines.
