Designer studio apartment within a newly renovated historic landmark building (“Palais”), originally built in 1864. Set on a famous boulevard in Leopoldstadt’s 2nd district, you’re steps from hip restaurants, Augarten Park, Donaukanal nightlife and the city center—including St. Stephen’s Cathedral—all within walking distance. The U1 subway stops right in front of the building. A beloved modern coffee shop downstairs serves excellent pastries and sandwiches, popular with locals and expats alike.

Die ehemalige Garage wurde mit viel Liebe in ein barrierefreies Loft-artiges Studio mit E-Ladestation umgestaltet. Unser Haus in guter Wohnlage ist nur 10 bis 15 Minuten Gehzeit entfernt von Mödlings Bahnhof und historischem Stadtzentrum. Die nahe Metropole Wien ist mit dem Zug bestens erreichbar. Der Nachtbus aus Wien hält um die Ecke. Der angrenzende Wienerwald ist ein Paradies für Wanderer, Radfahrer, Läufer und Mountainbiker. Die Weinbauern der Umgebung bieten regionale Köstlichkeiten.

Vienna-Heights is a studio directly under the roof of a 19th century villa in one of the most elegant districts of Vienna. Our house was built in 1897 and therefore there is NO ELEVATOR. It is situated on the 3rd floor. You will be rewarded for the climb with a marvellous view on the city from terrace and room. Big comfortable double-bed, convertible sofa for one or two more guests. Aircondition! Self-check-in Bus station only two minutes walk,, to the center it takes about 15 minutes.

Die Ferienwohnung eignet sich bestens für Kurz- oder Langzeitaufenthalte, liegt am Ende des ruhigen Innenhofes des Gründerzeithauses in der Westbahnstrasse. Außergewöhnliches Wohnen, ein Mix aus Altem und Neuen. Lichtkuppeln mit viel Licht von oben (abdunkelbar) und freie Sicht zum Himmel. Infrarot-Tiefenwärmekabine zum Entspannen. Lebenswerte Lokalität, wohl einzigartig im Wiener 7. Bezirk!

Loft with 115m² und 30m² Terrasse near on of the biggest shopping-areas of Vienna, the Mariahhilfer Strasse, 2 min. from Underground Station of U3 and near the railway Station Westbahnhof. You will love the Penthouse because of the nice view over the roofs of Vienna and the spacious flat and luxury furnituire. This loft is good for Groups and Family (with children), but also couples. We welcome everyone from ervery, be only nice and not to noisy.

Additionally, there is an extra single bed in the form of a bunk bed, perfect for extra guests.

The charming loft with balcony is in the center of Vienna, in a quiet area not far away from the Votive church and only 15 minutes walking from the cathedral of St. Stephen. To bus/tram and city bike station only 2 min walking, next metro station 5 min. You can use Netflix with your own account. The 50 m2 non-smoking loft is in an historical style house on the last floor. There is an elevator.

This Design Loft is part of Burggasse 98, a young arthouse in the most creative district Neubau. The 25m2 Loft is perfect for 2 people and is equipped with everything you need for a short term stay. The Loft was built for "Artists in Residence" who stay at our house during their exhibitions in our gallery. The house also inherits a creative agency, ateliers and a piercing studio.
