Gorgeous Suite in the Center of Berlin

This large private 2-room guest suite (68 sqm / 732 sq ft) is located in an independent wing of our apartment, dedicated specifically to our guests and family members staying over at our place. It is completely independent and very private, located on the first floor, facing the calm and charming inner garden of a new construction condominium building with floor to ceiling french windows and luxurious indoor and outdoor finishings. A private elevator leads directly into the apartment, where a separate door opens directly into your private suite area. The space features elegant heartwood floors with central heating, a sleek, luxurious and modern bathroom with rain shower and separate bathtub, as well as a fully equipped modern high-end kitchen. The living spaces are elegantly furnished with lots of love to small details. The bedroom features a king size (180x200cm) luxurious and very comfortable boxspring bed, where good night's sleep is guaranteed! All rooms of the suite face calm idyllic gardens, that will make you forget that you're actually staying in the city center. Guests have access to a 49 inch TV with Amazon FireTV Stick and complimentary entertainment: International TV, Netflix & Amazon PrimeVideo. Every guest finds at his arrival a breakfast set containing coffee, tea, Nesquik, jam, honey, Nutella, cornflakes, as well as a fridge filled with fresh milk, juice, butter, cheese and salami. Croissants and mini baguettes are in the freezer and ready to be baked in the oven. You will also find cooking essentials as olive oil, aceto balsamico, salt and pepper. One of us is always available online. In case you need any kind of help, please don't hesitate to let us know and feel free to contact us. We'll be happy to help! Located in the historic city center, this charming neighborhood is walking distance from superb restaurants and shopping as well as iconic locations like the Alexanderplatz, Checkpoint Charlie, and opera houses. U2 subway station is located in front of the building entrance. S-Bahnhof Alexanderplatz is within 2 min walking distance. If you need to do your laundry please let us know one day before your arrival . We'll gladly do the laundry for you, but we need to organize it, as the washing machine is located in our part of the apartment. You'll find a laundry bag in the bedroom's closet. The full service costs 20€ (to be paid cash upon arrival).

You can admire the city in the peacefulness of the water, from the rooftop terrace or the comfort of your bed. The house accommodates up to 4 people and features a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, two terraces and more. Lovely little studio (42 m2) with the view at the huge park (Tiergarten). Ideal for a short stay of 2 persons. 3 km walk away from Brandenburg Gate. PROS: free of charge parking places (!) + location in the middle of natural park + calm & quiet + incl. bedlinen & towels + hairdryer + WiFi + cooking facilities + overground station in fron of the house + check-in at night possible + babybed + elevator CONTRAS: old building -> poor sound isolation - little double/full bed (140x200) - expensive

The apartment faces the street, offering an open view and plenty of natural light. While there may be some traffic noise during the day due to its street-facing position, the room remains quiet at night when the windows are closed. 3. Sunny terrace – a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the sunshine while taking in the city street views.
