Lovely place! Clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Just didn’t realise that the 5th bedroom upstairs was joined to a double bed room and no window in the small room. We had a great stay and would definitely stay again. Only 5 min walk to the bus that brought you to morzine or to prodians express which was the easiest way to get up to Avoriaz. Jo was very helpful and came back with any queries really fast. Would highly recommend this property .

Fabulous apartment, very well decorated and appointed, has everything you need for a self catering week. Plenty of space for 12 and three cars. Up to date TV, Sonos and WiFi etc, great kitchen. Ski storage area was good as well. 10 mins to Super Morzine lift (in ski boots) and right in town, close to all the shops and restaurants. The Elevation Alps team were also excellent while we were there - always helpful, friendly and responsive. Overall we would highly recommend Nimbus!

We had a fantastic stay in this chalet over New Year! The location is excellent—close to the Super Morzine lift, though we used the Pleney lift for our kids’ ESF lessons and left our ski equipment at FB Freeride hire shop, which was super convenient. The chalet is incredibly well-equipped and comfortable, with everything you need to feel at home. The kids loved it so much they often chose to stay in! Having car parking right outside was a big plus, though a shovel would have been handy for clearing snow. Overall, a wonderful stay—highly recommend!

The place is gorgeous!! It is surrounded by nature and you have lake Geneva in front of you. It is amazing to wake up and have such a gorgeous sight! Constance has thought of everything - including an elevator for taking heavy stuff (like luggage, shopping) up and down as there are quite a few steps to get to the house. We had a nice time and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay by lake Geneva

Anisse was extremely accommodating, would always help us out if we had any questions about the appliances and even brought us croissants and pastries on our check-out date! The view outside the terrace is beautiful, the neighbourhood is very quiet and pieceful. We definitely had a great time! Would recommend and come back again!

Jess' place was perfect for our week's skiing. She was in touch with us before our holiday with much help on ski passes and bakery deliveries. Easy check in. Perfect welcome pack after travelling. Jess was very responsive when we asked for local info. Apartment was lovely and quiet and had all we needed, very clean, comfortable beds, nice linen, easy to use kitchen, plenty of hot water, good TV. We managed to use a ski shop with storage (would recommend Berger Ski next to Pleney lift) so walked to and fro with ease. There are buses, but we didn't ever use. Would definitely return. Chateau Les Tours is a wonderful and historic old house, with a charming and warm ambience. The dramatic position of the house,perched high on the hillside overlooking Ayse, allowed for absolutely fabulous views. The house has a rustic charm and was very comfortable for eight of us. Happy to highly recommend this.

Nous (4 adultes - 4 enfants) avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce beau chalet avec une vue magnifique. L'agencement était parfait, permettant de profiter de l'endroit tous ensemble ou de s'isoler (1 salon en haut et 1 en bas). L'accès est facile depuis Morzine, moins depuis St Jean d'Aulps, permettant d'aller aisément dans plusieurs stations. Merci à nos hôtes.

Excellent logement pour un grand groupe. Bien aménagé, bien équipé, chaleureux et propre. A 20 minutes des stations de ski dans un environnement calme. La communication avec Cassie était facile et réactive.

Great place with a fantastic view of the lake! I found everything to be as described with the sauna being an obvious highlight. Due to the house being located at a cul-de-sac, it feels very private (except for the odd rando intrigued by the view or the owner's sister collecting some furniture on Easter weekend). The autobahn is nearby, but its sound doesn't overwhelm that of the cow bells, so no big deal.

We had a lovely visit to chalet Florissant. The chalet is very comfortable with stylish decor. We enjoyed the large living space with log burner etc and the bedrooms were very comfortable. The chalet was well equipped with everything we needed. We skied daily taking the gondola from Samoen village which was a 10 min drive and 8 Euros to park for the day. Sixt itself is very pretty with a handy supermarket. We would definitely recommend the property to others and we would love to visit again one day.

super séjour pour notre groupe d'amis. Le Chalet de Martina est très spacieux, confortable et accueillant. les lits sont bons et la cuisine très bien équipée. Martina a tout préparé pour notre arrivée et était sur place pour les explications. elle a été très arrangeante et amicale pour nos demandes et activités.

Wir waren hier eine Woche als Freundesgruppe im Skiurlaub und hatten eine super Zeit! Top ausgestattetes AirBNB das kaum Wünsche offen lies (Fonduetöpfe, Raclette, Kamin mit Holz etc… ). Nach dem Skifahren in die Sauna und dann abkühlen im Pool mit Bergblick. Einfach Hammer. Dazu super nette Gastgeber, die jederzeit erreichbar waren und uns einen reibungslosen Checkin ermöglicht haben. Können wir nur empfehlen!

Nous avons passé un agréable sejour dans la maison de Vincent. C'est un hote tres sympathique arrangeant et attentif. La maison est propre chaleureuse et nous nous sommes tout de suite sentis tres à l'aise à l'interieur. Le jacuzzi a ete tres apprécié ainsi que tout le matériel et les espaces mis à disposition. Nous serions bien restés quelques jours de plus... Nous reviendrons certainement dans les beaux jours pour pouvoir profiter pleinement de la piscine. Merci Vincent et au plaisir 😊

Je conseille ce chalet à tout le monde, tout a bien été pensé ! La piscine intérieur ainsi que le bain nordique sont des avantages ! Super séjour ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans un havre de paix au centre ville. Accès transport en commun très proche. Reymond est un hôte au petit soin pour ses locataires merci à lui. Je recommande chaleureusement ce logement.

Elvis est une personne très agréable. Nous avons bien communiqué. Le logement était nickel malgré que nous sommes tombé en période de travaux (nous avions été prévenu). S'il fallait trouver des améliorations ça serait qu'il n'y a qu'une seule salle de bain et des couchages plus confortables

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Skiwoche für 6 Erwachsene im hübschen Chalet von Sarah. Sehr guter Kontakt mit unserem Gastgeber, freundlich, klare Anweisungen und gute Tipps für Aktivitäten und mögliche Vorkehrungen für Ski/Ausrüstung (Schließfächer, Shuttle). Unschlagbares und super komfortables Interieur, sehr sehr gut ausgestattet, angenehm sowohl zum Kochen, Chillen als auch zum Schlafen. Die Aussicht auf die Bergketten und in das Rhonetal ist grandios. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Vielen Dank Sarah

Super lotissement avec une vue magnifique et tous les équipements nécessaires pour pouvoir passer un bon moment en famille. Le logement est encore meilleur que sur les photos ! Nous avons trouvé facilement et avons été accueillis avec un feu de bois chauffé au préalable, ce qui a rendu l’expérience encore meilleure.

By splitting the costs and visiting offseason it‘s a really good deal and the host was super friendly! Feedback was immediately received and the house has amazing views and the rooms are clean and as described.
