Stedet har perfekt beliggenhet hvis du ønsker å oppleve kjente turiststeder øst eller vest i Lofoten. Leilighet på garasjeloft med stor sørvendt balkong og fantastisk utsikt mot fjell og fiskevann, den har retromøbler. Med en time i bil til både Svolvær den ene veien og Å den andre. Rett utenfor leiligheten er det muligheter for fine fjellturer. Stamsund har også både matbutikker, restaurant og kafé i gangavstand.
