We have wild life that come out to visit and The new pond is ready for swimming or fishing! Our quiet dirt road is Great for riding bikes and going for walks. Due to a last-minute cancelation, we are now available to host during Cornell graduation weekend in May 2025! We can host up to 7 adults plus kids and pets. No pet fees! 3-night minimum. We have a garment steamer, full-length mirrors, large backyard, and off-street parking for multiple cars in West Downtown Ithaca to make your celebration as stress-free and memorable as possible! We can also recommend a local photographer for your portrait needs.

Privately set on 2 wooded acres & near town. 2 stone fireplaces, indoor Jacuzzi tub, 2 1/2 BA, 3-4 BR & 7 person outdoor hot tub. Excellent WIFI, kitchen & dining. Picnic, grill & fire pit. Great fall foliage, near skiing, near hiking, boat launch. Fully outfitted, just bring yourself!! Willing to accommodate guests—ask!!

Beautiful vintage cottage at lake level in historical “Cottage Row”, 3 miles from downtown Ithaca.  Cottage has upper and lower porches, dock, fire-pit, BBQ grill, and kayaks. Pets considered. Cozy cottage sleeps 6 people. Upstairs is one large space with 2 bunk-beds and a Queen bed. Downstairs futon chair pulls out for single bed. Air Mattress also available if needed. Cornell and IC Graduation weekends: $500 per night/4 night minimum

Private spacious apartment with all amenities, located 15 minutes drive from Ithaca, NY. To relax during your stay, you can pour yourself a hot bath, unwind in the living-room or enjoy the outdoor deck with view on the 1 acre property. Other tenants include our poodle (Angélique) and Trouble, our outdoor cat. If you feel butch, you can start a fire and relax around our bonfire area or strip in your swimsuit and hop in our hot tub.

Adorable little place to call your home away from home. Living room, kitchen with appliances, dishes, silverware, etc bathroom with accessories and king size bed. 2 big screen TV's with cable and WiFi. Dog and cat friendly with a fenced in yard and a dog run. Close by to Dunkin Donuts, restaurants, and grocery stores. Park is 2 minutes away if you want to get out and go for a stroll.
