The cottage surrounded by forest offers an open view of nature, perfect for a relaxing vacation with family and friends at an altitude of 1350 meters and enjoying many marked hiking trails and walks in nice forest paths. Distance from the capital Podgorica is only 28 km, 40-minute drive on a new paved road. The possibility of organizing car rental or transportation from and to the cottage, upon request. Many local restaurants in tune with the ambiance offer delicious domestic food and drinks.

Escape to our mountain cabin in the heart of the Albanian Alps, at 1830 m altitude, where contemporary design meets raw alpine nature. Ideally located for the Peaks of the Balkans (AL, KOS, MNG) and Via Dinarica trails, it offers year-round adventure. In summer, hike to Gjeravica in just three hours and explore pristine alpine lakes; in winter, the area is absolutely perfect for ski touring, with untouched terrain and stunning scenery. The UNESCO-listed Deçani Monastery is on your way up.

Under The ledge, a foot access only campground

Under Ledge is a small Eco-Camp in wild corner. It is a 1hr 40 minutes uphill in a very ruggy valley but will the option to take drive with our truck for almost half of it. Under The Ledge stands between a beautiful gorge and the biggest waterfall in Albania. It has 3 A frames huts, shared shower and toilet. The campground has a panoramic Veranda, small kitchen, grill and bone fire corner. The property stand as a base for multiple hiking trails and beautiful walls to do rappelling.

Fireside Lodge

Welcome to the scenic middle of nowhere. Here, cows ignore fences, cats run the local mafia and poop is less of an accident, more of a feature. The neighbour’s dogs might pop by to judge your snack choices. Birds will wake you up, the views will calm you down. You might get recruited to herd livestock in your pyjamas or find a sheep judging you parking. The air smells like freedom and your shoes will never be the same. This wood cabin is standing on the top of our property. From this place you have the best view. At every side of the house you can see the mountains on there best. When you look at the pictures you can see that the two-personsbed is only available with a little stairs or you can sleep on the sofa bed downstairs. There is a place where you can make fire and make dinner on a bbq. at the terras we will serve breakfast every day from 1 mei till 1 oktober
