Stone Cottage in Grounds of a 16th-Century Castle

The cottage sits on the grounds of a castle dating back to 1543 offering an authentic stay. The interior retains a decor that matches the historic charm of the area with modern comforts added and a shared pool in the stunning gardens outside. This is our smallest cottage and cannot take an additional bed or cot. The other cottages are all larger and can do this. All 3 cottages can be rented separately or together. They are in the grounds of a 16th century castle with beautiful gardens and large swimming pool enclosed by stone walls. The lower salon and summer kitchen in the main chateau is available to share. Access is by the side garden gate and all cottages are accessed by stone steps- sadly not suitable for wheelchairs. We will most likely be present living in the main Chateau and available to help and advise about restaurants and things to do in the area. We will share the pool and gardens. The old village is in a beautiful part of France that is has retained its iconic beauty through the centuries and still feels untouched by modern life in many places. Experience true local dining and bakeries with scenic walking trails all around. parking is in the church square below the Chateau. There is a local taxi service in the village and bus service to Avignon, Banyols sur Ceze and Uzes but car hire is recommended. We are 20 minutes from Avignon TGV rail station and about an hour from Marseille, Nimes or Montpellier airports. The cottages are completely private and tranquil.

Mas Sestra, 8pers, piscine chauffée, proche Uzès

Le Luxury Mas Sestra, fraichement rénové, offre un cadre paisible dans un charmant village avec commodités, à quelques kilomètres d’Uzès. De plain-pied, la maison de style mas provencal et moderne, de 140 m² propose un bel espace de vie de 55 m² avec cuisine entièrement équipée, ouvert sur la terrasse par de belles portes fenetres. Elle comprend 4 chambres rénovées avec literie neuve de qualité, une salle de bain et une salle d’eau. À l’extérieur : piscine 11×4 m, brasero et terrain de pétanque.

A 20 km de la roque sur Cèze et de ses Cascades du Sautadet, 20 km des Gorges de l'Ardèche et du village médiéval Aigueze, à 45km de Vallon Pont d'Arc, 30km d'Avignon

Mas Sellier: Relaxing rural retreat, pool & garden

*** July & August: Sunday to Sunday only. This beautiful Provencal Mas provides comfortable sleeping and relaxing for 8. It's an old, authentic stone building set amongst a provençal landscape, with great views of the Ardêche, stunning sunsets, and a pool. The house is well suited to families or a group of friends. Indoors and outdoors, there is plenty of room for people to spread out, whilst also providing great spaces for spending time together. It's a perfect mix of cosy and spacious.

Tasteful cottage (48m2) with cachet inside a master house. Refurbished in 2018 by a well-known architect, it comprises a private terrace (30 m2), a living-room, a fully equipped open kitchen and a bedroom. Located 1 km away from Uzès, an ancient medieval city, the cottage is set on an estate of 6 hectares. Within this wonderful and calm environment, you will also be given the opportunity to spend some relaxing moments around the outside swimming pool and its pool-house.

Aura Cabana est une cabane perchée à 6 m de haut avec spa privatif sur la terrasse. La cabane est faite pour 2 voyageurs. Elle dispose de tout le confort moderne : sdb, toilettes, tv, climatisation réversible, machine a café, mini bar, micro onde... Le jacuzzi 2 personnes est chauffé toute l'année à 37 degré et est en libre accès durant toute la durée de votre séjour. Vous êtes seul au monde en pleine nature, la cabane n'a pas de vis à vis.
